She is the most annoying, most obstinate, least prepared, :censored: I've ever seen!!

Can the judge just throw her out of the courtroom and tell the jury to dismiss everything she's said?

Is it me, or did ALV's demeanor seem to suddenly change after the jury left the courtroom??

Oh, yes, her whole body language changed and she sounds so cooperative. I don't like her.

ALV has HUGE black bags under her eyes today. She knows she has destroyed herself. I doubt she would ever want to testify for anyone again even if they would consider hiring her. It looks like this has taken a huge physical and emotional toll on her. This seems to be addressed in that last motion for mistrial. She just thought she could waltz in, claim DV, say she was only looking at that narrow little area and refuse to answer any surrounding questions and she is getting reamed for that critical miscalculation.

If she would have approached the case with an ounce of common sense she could have avoided all of this. I think it's an excellent wake up call. She is being exposed for her narrow-mindedness and bias, and insistence on making it up as she goes.

I think it's by design. The DT wants the jury to see the trial as a morality play about domestic violence. It's the big, evil man (JM) against these poor, defenseless women (ALV, JA and her Wilmott). They're hoping that, subconsciously, the jury will see it as somehow representative of JA and TA's relationship, or at the very least, the older men on the jury will feel somehow sympathetic for the "little ladies" getting yelled at by that [brilliant] loud man.

I don't see it working by any stretch, but they're doing all they can to "psych out" the jury, via drama, delay tactics, and carefully-timed migraine headaches and witness illness, etc. Diversion is their only remaining weapon.

I was wondering if other judges refuse approaches or do they deal with the request for approaches differently?

This is what the defense gets for dragging out the direct for so long and creating so many fictional narrations of "victim JA". Now Juan gets to counter with the factual truth. Thanks for opening the door, hopefully the Judge realizes this should be entered in as evidence.

Arias Mom's twin sister still not in attendance of the trial. This makes 3 weeks she is not there, right?

Last time I saw the twin she was crying and being comforted by an older female family member,Twin leaning away from Arias Mom.

I find this very curious after so many months in attendance sitting next to Arias Mom on a daily basis.

I have to wonder if she has been subpoenaed by the prosecution? :waitasec: Or perhaps there is dissension between the Twins?

Oh My....ALV is playing to the jury - HUGE difference in her demeanor with the jury out of the court room.

I have been thinking since yesterday that her behavior is a tactic. I don't believe it's going to work out very well, but OTOH you never know with a jury. I hope the defendant's testimony and the brutality of the murder will overwhelm the BS. :cow:
