The killer and Wilma have been showing so much disrespect in the courtroom, to the jury and the process these past few days. I am beyond disgusted. Do you think they are going for a mistrial?

I don't think they are intelligent enough to come up with an elaborate strategy like that. I think they're just incredibly rude and have no self-awareness or respect for the environment or process.

Agree - JW is just going to paraphrase all of JM's questions and ask her "did you get to finish your response on cross?" "Well - then go ahead please." It is going to take forever because JW cannot formulate a question and is not organized. Will de very draining.

Something for ALV to think about over lunch. He is trying to wear her down by eliminating all the facts she used in order to find that Jodi was the one that was abused. She keep bringing up the broken finger. I can't imagine he won't show her the video with Flores where she shows him the finger and how it is bent and Flores tells her he has seen injuries like that before when someone is stabbing a person and their hand slips on the knife and it cuts their hand.

Unfortunately, it's the opposite. This is a very difficult time in the trial for his family, with this witness assassinating her brother's character, and labeling him an abuser. They are frustrated with the legal system and how this is allowed in court.

It is frustrating -- but think of it this way: that's the question JM wants the JURY to be asking themselves as they eat their lunch -- it will be ringing in their heads as the last thing they heard before the recess. In this case, it doesn't really matter how ALV would answer it (because she wouldn't give a straight answer anyway). It just matters how the jurors are answering it in their own minds.

Excellent point. Alyce thinks the fact that he "took no action" is important. I think he did. He told several friends in different ways that he felt she might kill him.

I shows how two faced she is.
