I don't believe that ALV is old fashioned or shocked regarding sexual activity - as a domestic violence therapist, she would have heard many, many shocking things. I believe she is using that as an excuse to testify she mis-spoke, or didn't ask questions she ought to have.
And again, when an evaluator takes notes, they might miss something, they don't add - they omit. ALV added 'gas cans to go to Mesa', and 'walked in on child computer ", she didn't forget to note something, she added detail. That makes no sense.

Just want to add...ALV is an MFT - a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

It does seem contradictory for Travis to be so fearful of Jodi yet he is having sex with her on the day she kills him. While Jodi is guilty of premeditation this relationship was messed up and Juan needs to be careful of stressing this "stalker" fear as serious consideration because I do fear the jury will have a tough time reconciling that with the events the day of the murderr and we've all seen what happens when a jury can't see the forest for the trees a la Casey Anthony, which in my opinion was one of the greatest prosecutorial performances I have ever seen.

just because they were in a screwed up, unhealthy relationship, that doesn't negate the FACTS that she took a gun, she took 3 gas cans full of gas, she created an alibi with ryan burns, she drove 90 miles from home to rent a car, and had a dead cell phone for the 20 hours she was in the state of AZ.

It goes to her bias and ego, imo. I do find it very strange that a woman of her experience and education can't see how implausible her excuses for her assessments are.

How can she not know how disingenuous and dishonest she appears?
