Another great day yesterday, although, I was torn when I saw Samantha crying, hope this trial gets on its way already, it has been dragging far too long.:what:

Hopefully, we'll get to the juror questions and DT next witness today.

We learned from LaV yesterday that JA shot Travis in the closet, that the knife was left on the nightstand and she cut her finger cutting apples, lmao. Can't wait to see how JW will fix this doozie. I gotta run some errands as well, see you guys later.

The other important statement that came out was that alv stated that ja told her that she had pulled the trigger on the gun. Big difference than what ja said on the stand ..that the gun went off.

Bringing this over from the article written about ALV:

I don't quite understand why this would warrant a visit in judges chambers. The judge can't do anything about it. Unless the DT felt that the wrath online was in some way JM's fault (which is a load of BS), then I don't get it.... at all. She knew the facts of this case, years before this trial began, yet she agreed to do it, for a boatload of money I might add, so she had to have known that there would be backlash. I don't have any sympathy for her whatsoever. I wonder if anxiety was her problem the day court was cut short?

I'm surprised ALV understands it - how many times did she state she does not understand texting, email, im's and such ? Oh wait, perhaps that was just another of her statements for which there is no "context". Look at the big picture ALV - lots of attention.

Female perpetrators engage in stalking and harassment behaviors with as much frequency as male offenders do. Why don’t we hear about it? Because most woman-centric (i.e., feminist) domestic violence groups and mainstream media outlets are woefully silent when it comes to male victims of abusive women. Worse yet, female stalking behaviors are portrayed as “funny” or “cute,” for example, Confessions of a Facebook Stalker (That’s Me) and Confessions of a Facebook Stalker.

When a woman is actually acknowledged as a perpetrator, she’s portrayed as having been wronged by some man and in need of our help and understanding. When a man engages in the same behaviors, he’s portrayed as a menace to society who should be locked up. Most DV groups exemplify what can only be described as a one-way road paved with double standards when it comes to matters of abuse and the condemnation and criminality of said behaviors.

If your wife or girlfriend are guilty of these behaviors, you need to understand that this is abuse and it’s wrong.

This is so true and we must stop this cruel stupid myth in its tracks once and for all.

It has caused male victims to feel they have no support nor understanding or compassion when they are victimized by a dangerous female. They are revictimized by societal blind views.

I agree with your feelings, but I think she would just continue to open new accounts under variations of names. It's such an open forum, there's no way they can monitor one person that closely.

I asked if the judge could stop her, but now I think about it, even if the judge "ordered" her to stop (which I honestly have no idea if that's even a possibility), her felon friend would open a new one on her behalf.

They're not very smart at all. They don't think to the future or look at the big picture. Their petty antics are going to come back and haunt them, at least they will for Jodi, IMHO.

That's the problem with people like Jodi and her simple-minded supporters, they are under the mistaken impression that they are "as smart as Einstein".

Arias had also been trying to sell the artwork she’s created from jail on eBay, but said the auction site shuttered her account.

What I don't understand is why they say they can't do anything about it. Isn't Donovan a known felon? Why are they allowed to have contact? Can't they cut off phone calls between the two?

It's not like say you created the account and are making up messages from JA - that would be fake, right?

Can I ask how we KNOW JA is calling Don and telling it what to say everyday? I mean that is quite an assumption unless confirmed by the Mericopa County Sheriff's office.
