Can I ask how we KNOW JA is calling Don and telling it what to say everyday? I mean that is quite an assumption unless confirmed by the Mericopa County Sheriff's office.
What are the chances tha after the circus is over we hear a different tune from ALV when she actually sees or reads about this stuff?
I am thinking that her response afterwards will depend on how unwanted her expert opinion is after this is over.

if you've got twitter you can report jodi's page here
https://support.twitter.com/forms/impersonation
im doing it,her and donovan are dispicable.
I agree with your feelings, but I think she would just continue to open new accounts under variations of names. It's such an open forum, there's no way they can monitor one person that closely.
I asked if the judge could stop her, but now I think about it, even if the judge "ordered" her to stop (which I honestly have no idea if that's even a possibility), her felon friend would open a new one on her behalf.
They're not very smart at all. They don't think to the future or look at the big picture. Their petty antics are going to come back and haunt them, at least they will for Jodi, IMHO.
That's the problem with people like Jodi and her simple-minded supporters, they are under the mistaken impression that they are "as smart as Einstein".
I wonder if the twitter account and selling of personal art can be brought up in trial, it points to manipulative behavior, soaring self-esteem, disdain for the prosecutor and media, as well as a general lack of concern for anyone other than herself.IMO
I don't care if JA tweets. In fact, I encourage it! Let her do all these attention-grabbing things that make her feel "powerful" and "famous." (Although, no WAY is it in her own words. She could never be limited to 140 characters!)
In 6 months, HLN will have moved on and the spotlight will be shining elsewhere. JA will be nothing more than another inmate, IMO. And that is the WORST thing this woman can imagine: anonymity. Her fame is fleeting and will be short-lived.
Sure, we'll see her from time to time on ID Channel reruns or giving an interview with "the real story." But interest will wane. And Jodi Ann Arias will go off the radar like Joran van der Sloot. We'll have to Google her name to see if she's even in the news.
I want to remember Travis Alexander, not his killer. I want him to have a legacy free of the woman who so brutally murdered him. I want him to be able to rest in peace without her name forever attached to his (which is what I believe she wanted.) I want the family to have as much closure and normalcy as this world can afford - which, I know, is little.
But I also want his family to file a civil suit to rid the world of those awful drawings. The courts and justice system CAN teach JA what power and control really is - even of her own creations, her fanciful drawings, her insane stories. They can ensure that prison and, perhaps, death row are the only profits she will reap. And I truly believe they will.
So tweet away, JA, while folks care to read them! I'll pass. I've read and heard enough of your ramblings. I care about only ONE thing: Justice for Travis. :twocents:
This according to the St Vs Jodi Arias FB page
Confirmed - The def. next witness will be the computer expert who verified the phone sex audio.
:seeya: Good Morning, Websleuth World! Thought I'd share a recent post from the The State vs Jodi Arias ~ Travis Alexander murder trial Facebook page:
"According toon Twitter, the barrage of cyber hate toward LaViolette was the subject of lengthy meetings in the judge's chambers on Monday. Apparently the stress sent the DV expert to the emergency room last weekend. She presented with anxiety and heart palpitations."
Accused murderer Jodi Arias has been tweeting at least through a close friend. Donavan Bering says she speaks with Arias almost every night, and they go over what Arias may want to say via Twitter.

i'm sure she sees herself as being very brave for taking on this case. one thing alyce doesn't suffer from is low self-esteem!
Can the judge put a stop to it?
I mean for real stupid!! Does she not realize that can still be used against her? They've already seized her jail journals. And then when it comes to the penalty phase, prosecution will use anything and everything to show how remorseless and how manipulative she is/was/always will be so they get the maximum penalty they're going for, right?
Aren't her attorneys explaining that to her?
Well, I am off for a few hours to get some errands done. I know it is bad that court is delayed an hour today but honestly, I was happy. I will get back in time to see it from beginning to end...yippeee.
On a lighter note, last night my hubby asked me if I wanted a sandwich, I asked what kind...he said 'just answer yes or no ma'am'
I guess he is listening...:floorlaugh:
See everyone later. Keep up the commentaries, love to read it all! I have laughed and cried at some of the posts. It does make things go a little faster. I am hoping to find a heads up penny today because my wish will be jury questions start in the afternoon!

If LAV doesn't even do email, how can she possibly begin to understand the "modern" day components of cyber-stalking?Thank you for linking this again.

This is so true and we must stop this cruel stupid myth in its tracks once and for all.
It has caused male victims to feel they have no support nor understanding or compassion when they are victimized by a dangerous female. They are revictimized by societal blind views.
