I read this morning on the local Phoenix Fox station that Jodi is tweeting via the help of Donovan. It says she is going after JM and NG. I also saw a post about AL to sign up on change.org to have her removed from a guest list of speakers.

I'd love to see what JA is tweeting but I don't have twitter and have no clue how to tweet.

I believe all in LE will say there is absolutely no evidence that JA had any help that day and will continue to believe she did this all by herself which I believe is true and supported by the actual evidence.

BTW did you read about the young girl yesterday who lifted a 3,000 pound car off of her father who was trapped underneath?

Women have been murdering men........(moving their bodies.....some even burying them in the backyard or loading up the bodies and discarding them in another location).....forever... all by themselves.

Oh I agree, absolutely. I don't think there was anyone else there. My opinion is that Jodi acted alone. Until LE or Martinez opines differently, Jodi acted all alone. Every step of the way from the planning of it to the crime and cleanup. I stick by my opinion that if there had been an accomplice, Jodi would have long since offered him up on a silver platter, IMO.

I don't expect any member of LE thinks Jodi had help, but I concede that, say, later down the road after the trial is long over, a member of LE attached to this case could give their personal opinion that someone helped her clean up. I strongly doubt it, but it's possible, I suppose.

Well, I am off for a few hours to get some errands done. I know it is bad that court is delayed an hour today but honestly, I was happy. I will get back in time to see it from beginning to end...yippeee.

On a lighter note, last night my hubby asked me if I wanted a sandwich, I asked what kind...he said 'just answer yes or no ma'am'

Another reason to condemn ALV is because she's lived in the LA area since attending CA State Long Beach in the late 60s. She surely knows that you don't get to SLC via Pasadena. You get to SLC via Redding, and you get to Mesa via Pasadena.

Let's say Travis DID mentally and physically abuse Jodi. Let's label him a batterer. AND? SO? Premeditation is premeditation, it doesn't matter if the victim could be considered "deserving" by some. There is no evidence or proof of domestic violence perpetrated by Travis on the day of the murder. However, there is overwhelming evidence of planning and premeditation on Jodi's part.

(Disclaimer: not saying I believe Travis was ever physically abusive towards Jodi.)

I don't quite understand why this would warrant a visit in judges chambers. The judge can't do anything about it. Unless the DT felt that the wrath online was in some way JM's fault (which is a load of BS), then I don't get it.... at all. She knew the facts of this case, years before this trial began, yet she agreed to do it, for a boatload of money I might add, so she had to have known that there would be backlash. I don't have any sympathy for her whatsoever. I wonder if anxiety was her problem the day court was cut short?

She will never change her opinion. Never. She has to be right. She is the only one who is right.

I think she will continue being an expert. After all, she has shown that for a price she will say anything.

Another great day yesterday, although, I was torn when I saw Samantha crying, hope this trial gets on its way already, it has been dragging far too long.:what:

Hopefully, we'll get to the juror questions and DT next witness today.

We learned from LaV yesterday that JA shot Travis in the closet, that the knife was left on the nightstand and she cut her finger cutting apples, lmao. Can't wait to see how JW will fix this doozie. Took off from work today and tomorrow,hehe, have a ton of errands to run, want to be here in time for juror questions, see you guys later.

You have to remember Alyce hasn't heard that Jodi slept under Travis' Christmas tree, dreaming that Santa would deliver Travis with a golden ring on a golden goose.
Or Travis told a room of 30 people that Arias wasn't his GF after she just announced it, after showing up uninvited to his house, that's she was his woman.

A lot of story weaving by Jodi went on in that 44 hours of ka-chinging listening by Alyce.

IMO, it wouldn't matter if Alyce did know it, she would still have crafted her opinion to be whatever the defense wanted it to be. She even brushed aside indicators of Jodi stalking Travis.
