I am sharing all two gallons of my Blue Bunny Chunky Chocolate Chip with you guys! Get out ya spoons!!!!!!!!!
Gosh I hope not for Sam's sake!
Are they just addressing ALV talking to Samantha NOW? I thought they would have done that already.
I thinik this is one statement that will stay with me long after this trial is over. Totally condescending and so wrong...
Well we all know that Nurmi believes the jury is reading media so I'm sure he is doing his best to put out as many negative things about Juan and the "witch hunt" as he can in hopes it will sway one of the "lying jurors".
To those that criticize JM, I say this:
He gives a voice to those that no longer have one.
He gives a voice to those that remain who have endured pain, loss and suffering.
He may use any tone he chooses as it represents the outrage many survivors feel. I don't care if his critics like it or not.
His words empower those who feel they have none. His love of justice is palpable. He chooses to right the wrongs where possible, to the extent they can be. JMV

Valerie just called for Travis' sisters (not Tanisha) to come back to chambers. #JodiArias
::sigh::
I really enjoy reading all your posts, but after
reading all the admonishments, I'll probably continue to be a lurker. I'm just too darned opinionated.

.:clap:With all this chaos of this trial I think it's a good idea to focus on the good things.
I am grateful that Lady Justice has given us the accidental photos of Travis being butchered. It's painful but will ensure that the person who did it will sit on death row.
I am grateful that we have Juan Martinez fighting for Justice. I don't think there is a better prosecutor out there.
I am grateful that thanks to the kindness and goodness of people (many of them from Websleuths) that Travis' loved ones are receiving support in many ways.
I am grateful that we are close to rebuttal.
I am grateful for Websleuths, all those who work hard to keep it running and all the members on here. It's much easier to deal with this trial with all of you around.
Can she bail?
About this 'gun'.
To even force yourself into believing Travis had a gun is almost an impossible feat. Why didn't anyone know about this gun? Not even his roommates (who were in potential danger with a firearm in the house) knew. Nor his best friend, Chris. And Jodi even admitted Travis didn't own a gun. The fact that she re-invented it speaks for itself.
No one is likely to keep a gun for protection (because it wasn't for fun or for hunting seeing he couldn't carry it anywhere without a permit WHICH...he didn't have) and keep it far from reach on top of some closet.
What purpose is it serving up there? That's like buying a spare tire then...leaving it in your garage. Placing it somewhere where it's not useful is fruitless. Unless of course we're to believe Travis expected to catch burglars in his closet one day!! The whole gun-the-closet theory is ridiculous.
That would make me say bad things and get in BIG trouble.Gosh I hope not for Sam's sake!
For me it's the old fashioned women saying "porked a 14 year old" in court. And it being a lie.

Imo, the talking heads are aware of how impenetrable the State's case is. They've got to create controversy where there isn't any, otherwise nobody would watch. Super dumb.
:seeya: You're in fine company, my husband is also in afghanistan currently; has been gone 6 weeks now. If you ever need an ear, i'm here!!!
