In my humble opinion the jury gets it!!! Some of the questions appear to be "playing devils advocate" types. Otherwise, the jury is not buying the goods. I truly believe once they have the jury have their question answer, such as the answers are "finger down the throat", they will poo poo this expert down the toilet like they did Samuel.

OK, here's what ALV reminds me of.

Back in college in the early 70s, we had classes on Values Clarification and touchy-feelie crap like that.

Judge Sherry seems to be working a little smirky smirk herself as she reads these questions. There is no doubt in my mind that Wilmott and Nurmi did not want 95% of them to even be asked.

Questions didn't sound different to me at all. I think too much has been made of juror #5.

Re juror5 I 100% agree.....even the "" question...when it came out English was not her first language, Serbo-Croatian I believe, it seemed possible that even if fluent, she may seriously have needed clarification on that word....IF that was even her question anyway.

IDK about the rest of you but I got tears in my eyes when I heard the question about a woman being the perp abusing the man and killing him..

I feel this jury gets it and will do the right thing for TAs family!

I cried when she over-exposed TA and the sad sad childhood he had.

In my opine this woman is too narrow minded. She came to love and trust the person on trial after speaking with her for 3-4 days, 44 hours. Shaking my head here.

Googling the phrase only brought up 5 results and 2 related to this trial. The other 3 all went to the same website of a photo project.

I have no idea what this is supposed to mean, and doubt that the jury does either. The insinuation from ALV is that it has to do with this pedo nonsense.

Guess the juror should have asked her what it meant.

I tried the Urban Dictionary and got a couple of results on corking or corkin' but the results were pretty nasty and sexual so I did not have time to edit for a family show........

My husband told me to empty my voicemail box last week. I automatically assumed he was being kind to let me know clients couldn't get through. I didn't even comprehend the rage I was supposed to feel.

Lol, I remind my hubby regularly to empty his voicemail. Tonight I will have to ask him if he feels abused by it lol. He will prolly say "You have been watching that trial haven't you!" He kind of guessed that when I asked him if he wanted steak or turkey for dinner. He said "I guess steak" I replied "no no, no guessing nuh uh" He laughed and told me he loved me even though I am nuts lol. I am having too much fun with my juan-isms these days!
