I've noticed a huge difference in how quickly ALV is now answering questions. I think she's figured out how smart this jury is and no amount of elaboration is going to help.

Unlike the FCA jury, these jurors DESERVE a cruise. And a mani/pedi, and a shopping trip at Bloomingdale's, and dinner at one of the best restaurants in the world, and I could go on and on and on. JBP babied the FCA jurors, and they ended being a HUGE disappointment. I have so much respect for these jurors after listening to their questions. They are intelligent, critical thinkers that are going to bring this trial to a just conclusion. I :heartbeat: you jurors!!

Constant confusion and inability to discern between calls/texts/emails probably lends credibility to the assertion that ALV should not be used as an "expert" witness.
