I just heard that Ebay has shut down Jodi Arias' account, no artwork for sale there anymore. Darn. BUT, now Jodi has started a website for selling it. I'm sure compliments of Donovan.
Apparently, Don has become her executive director.

She deceived him because he had no idea she was recording him. She had a plan for these recordings future use.

I like the question the jury asked about her grandparents and the gun theft.

Think the jurors are connecting the dots. I'm just worried that this trial will never end because the defence recrossing forever.
Ok attorneys??
Someone asked earlier if wilmot going to lunch with ALV and MIT specialist right or wrong.

I was listening to this sex tape again. I have some questions. It was recorded May 10th, correct? When did she move from AZ? What date? Because, the way she's asking him questions about his plans and travelling to Argentina, it sounds to me like they have not spoken in a while.

So I'm wondering--especially at the beginning of the tape when he's asking does she just want him to talk for a while and see where it takes them, if this is the first or second talk since she moved. We've already discussed that the what he said about see where it takes them could indicate that before she started recorded, she'd persuaded him to have sex talk.

Well, they do talk about him visiting as if that was already planned, but I'm just curious as to why she was asking him questions about his travels as if they have had limited information exchange up to that point.

She also mentions here that she might go to Utah for a conference. No mention of Ryan. Any thoughts?

ALV doesn't know about the June 10th journal entry! Unbelievable! Juan better not blow this golden opportunity to demonstrate Jodi's clever deceitfulness and to cast doubt on the reliability of all her journal entries from 2008.

ALV appears to be incredibly ignorant of the lengths that Jodi went through to cover up her tracks. I'd wager that she has no knowledge of the fake email that Jodi sent to Travis post-death or the faker voice mails and memorials. The troll account on youtube, created the day after the gun theft using Jodi's full name (she clearly wanted people to know that it was her account) that was later used on June 12th to facilitate her coverup efforts. This effort to deceive goes way beyond the lies that some "scared battered woman" would say. Juan needs to nail her with all this information. Remind the jury of Jodi's incredibly deceitful nature in the process.

Go to Urban Dictionary and type it in.

Ok, I had to look this up.:what::gasp::gasp:, lol, I have learned about more things I did not need to know during this trial.

My boyfriend has been listening to me talk about this trial for weeks without much interest but today I got him to watch the 48 hours. He was surprised at how unemotional she was and how believable she was. If he didn't know that she recanted that version for the newer one he would have thought her story was possible even though it is so far fetched. ALV rationalizes her belief that JA isn't a liar because she tells such bad stories. That isn't the point. It isn't the story she is telling but how easily and believably she tells it. She displays none of the obvious signs that a normal person might show when they were telling a whopper. She looks you right in the eye and tells her story with all sincerity so good that you begin to question your own ability to tell the truth from fiction. Of course what she is saying is so ridiculous that no reasonable person would believe it, but she tells it in such a way that you find yourself thinking "Maybe it really did happen the way she says it" even though you know it just isn't possible. She shows no stress or worry or fear of being caught. She most likely could pass a hundred lie detectors because when she is telling it she believes it, until it doesn't serve her purpose any more and then she comes up with a newer version that she equally believes in. She seems to be able to change her reality at will.

Have him watch her interrogation tapes, too.

Is anyone tired of this trial as I am? This trial has had me consumed from day one, and frankly I do not believe that the killer should be ruling my life, very sad she has, watch the trial at work, watch hln at home.

Everyday that they go in chambers, I want a plea deal. LWP, that will put her where she belongs, but that will never happen, unfortunately.

The killer loves the limelight, tweeting from jail, no remorse whatsoever.

I HATE HER!!!!!!

Justice for Travis and his family. That is why I continue to be obsessed with this trial. My heart aches for his family, they are the survivors of her abuse. They are also victims of her continued abuse.

I still want to know why the defense felt they had to shore up that Jodi spent time with Darryl and his young son. But, Alyce never said Jodi was allowed to care for the boy alone. And why didn't Jodi go on down to the coast to take pictures of Darryl's sister's new baby, which I guess they didn't even know about. another excuse or they wouldn't want her around their kid to begin with? Why is the defense bringing it up?

ALV said that Travis' emails/texts were beyond defensive. Can someone ask ALV is 27 stab wounds, a slashed neck, and gunshot to the head is ALSO beyond defensive?

Do you suppose this is another thing the DT forgot to tell Alyce about???

This is really some unreal stuff. The Jurors even know that ALV didn't interview anyone face-to-face except for the liar. It appears to me and the jurors that ALV decided to give an opinion based on whatever paperwork the DEFENSE TEAM decided to give her. And this is her excuse! Unreal.

I'm thinking she moved in march/ April
Jodie was very persuasive with the sex talk. She set him up, by not telling Tim what her intent was moo

ALV said a couple of 'oopsies' today, imo.

She said a few times that IF Jodi had kicked her mom as an adult, that would be important, but since she was a teen, it is not a big deal. Can't wait for Juan to tell her it happened in 2008. I bet JW broaches it first, to try and diffuse the situation.

Also, she said a couple of times that Travis did not have any long term relationships. Then she is asked about Deanna, and admits they dated for 7 years.

From what I've heard so far, this jury has good questions, IMO..... And the witness (contrary to what some believe) seems to know something...Waiting on the verdict, not getting much of a feel yet myself how their leaning, especially with their questions today... And, yep JMO, and yes I think she is quilty and not biting tonight so don't bother.

I wonder when this video of Travis' was uploaded on youtube. There is only the one http://www.youtube.com/user/prsnlpower?feature=watch It worked for me now, May 16, 2008...so that was going on in the final weeks. This came from his blog entry, "I want to marry a gold-digger"

I'm confident that rebuttal will clear allot of fog ALV has I hope anyway.
I like that in closing he gets the last word.

Unfortunately Ms LaViolette might be finding out now she got very little information from the Defense, putting her in an awkward situation. Furthermore I do think she seems utterly biased toward Jodi and / or an alleged abuse victim, and that may stem from decades of counseling them.
When she gives her opinions she seems very firm in them and she sounds genuine as if this is truly her belief.

Ok, putting that aside, if she really had to go to the E.R. for anxiety or anything related to the stress of testifying or media coverage or the negative press, then that is not good. She could be someones mom, sister, aunt. You would not want her to be physically ill over this. If anything at all were to happen to her (or her safety or her livelihood) everyone would feel seriously bad.

What I do want is her to take a deep breath, get back on the stand and I just want to hear honesty? I appreciate her decades of work but I just wish this wasn't the hill she chose to die on and defend. It's such an obvious case, insurmountable evidence and a not so likeable defendant.

I would just like her to say "yes" yes it is possible she is lying to me, of course it's possible. And just stay away from any comment about Travis, just don't go there. You did not meet him, you don't know him and can't know him from what you read in email. And today I was very upset to hear what almost sounded like an insinuation she concluded he was an abuser and a pervert after interviewing his friends...(going into how the Hughes worry about how he treated women)

stop it.. stick to Jodi, the killer, you interviewed. Think of how many killers come before her that she thinks are totally innocent? That's actually scary?

Well it does sound like she was only given evidence to go over that was slanted in favor for the one on trial . But, you think she would have been wise enough to see that.

Hard to feel sorry for her after seeing pictures of her sharing happy hour with Wilmott and the mitigation person, nightly.

Say what you will about Dr Drew, but he seems to have a better picture of the one on trial and the relationship between her and TA.

After the guilty verdict, nothing from JA can be sold. Son of Sam Law. I can't wait until JA, her "artwork" and her groupies go far, far, away..forever!

ETA: this was a response to DANA - not Linda. Someone broke the quote button. Ok..think it's fixed but will leave the ETA here, just in case.

It is MY HUMBLE opinion that the lip reading is NOT a violation of attorney client privilege.

In order for that to be so, the information would have to be relayed FROM Jodi TO her attorney and the attorney then would have to turn around and divulge what she was saying.

Jodi, speaking with her attorney on national TV is agreeing to the presumption that the general viewers in this venue will be able to see her actions and this includes reading her lips.

No different than interpreting her facial mannerisms.

I do too! There was one early on, that led me to believe at least one of them believes it. Then again, I missed several.

Agreed. I think there is at least one juror that is possibly buying the abuse claim. I hope that juror becomes an alternate.

Interestingly, Jodi's childhood babysitter said that Jodi hit Jodi's little brother in the head with a baseball bat while the babysitter was in another room. The babysitter said she couldn't really safely leave Jodi alone with her little brother. (Interview was on Dr. Drew some time back.) http://www.hlntv.com/video/2013/01/21/arias-babysitter-says-she-saw-aggression-arias

JMO, I heard some questions from the Jurors that might be good for the State, but I also heard some questions that I question.....We need ALL of these Jurors on the State's side. ALL of them. Do Not Over-Celebrate just yet, friends. We need Justice for Travis and we continue to hope and pray we get it.
