i think the judge has had enough of alv whining and complaining. She put herself in a high priority trial and she is not treating it as such. I'm glad to see the judge finally put her foot down publicly. I wonder how much has gone on behind the scenes that we do not know about besides her complaining about people being mean on the internet.

Before that, can I just say that ALV really needs to get a grip, the judge has formed a palpable dislike of her .. there's got to be a reason for that.

Back to part 1: She's now saying she testified to 3 or 4 women perpetrators in family law then drifts off into la la land and never quite answers the question then gets cut off. She should not be allowed to do family law ever again in my opinion, she is just the kind of witness that women who make FALSE accusations of abuse in order to gain full custody of the children would use. I just know she's been a party to this kind of injustice and it's devastating to the poor man and children.

I'm not so surprised Juan didn't put any photos. First of all, it's the jury who needed to be most shocked and it worked last time. Secondly, Juan has great respect for Travis and I can't see him putting Travis out there for him to be disrespected any more than has been done.

I think this might be about the footage of JM posing for pictures. I think it's related to the prosecutorial misconduct motion Nurmi has been fighting to get.

There must be a reason JM doesn't pull out the photos - because he got the PERFECT opening with ALV saying that Jodi's abuse from Travis was WORSE than what Jodi did to him!!!

I mean, if that isn't the perfect setup for those photos, I don't know what is.

So it must be for a reason.

I think he did try and that is why he asked the Judge could he approach. She must have thought it shouldn't be shown to this particular witness.

So he was unable to do so.

Ms. Wong is to testify regarding the same issue Jean C testified about. Nurmi believes Ms. Wong saw or knows something bad about Juan signing autographs and getting his pic taken with fans.

ALV having to return is about of of these two possible things I think:

1) The DT is having her testify about something related to their multiple and ongoing claims of prosecutorial misconduct

OR, and more likely

2) ALV is in trouble with the court for approaching Samantha and/or she was told if she became combative with JM again she may be held in contempt of court.

I said this in an earlier post...I fixed it because I was wrong about when it happened. It was at the end of part one of today. At 1:23, [1 hour, 23 min] Jodi is mouthing "Jennifer", but Willmott doesn't hear her. Then a few moments later she starts looking around all sneaky like. At 1:24 Jodi puts on her jacket, looks behind her, makes an odd face, grabs the yellow notebook and walks away. Then the camera man goes back to the attorneys and the judge. I want to know what she was doing with her sneaky yellow notebook.

So juror 11 was sick and couldn't return for the last 10 minutes of testimony today so he's dismissed? What about when Jodi, the judge and, ole' Alyce got sick? That's not right. Poor guy.

Which leads me to believe it is more serious then just a cough or a headache. I wish him well and hope he is ok.
