You'd think they'd steer clear of ANY restaurant around the courthouse area. Go a few miles away. Gah! :furious::bang head: They are just looking for trouble.

A mistrial would be their only hope at this point! jmo

Uh huh, messing with the Continuum to fit preconceived conclusions. Got it.

  • #763
WTF? her continuum is incomplete....well sure then if it isn't standard than how can we trust anything she has to say about it, if it can be changed? Oh wait I don't.

Whichever Juror might be doubting this was murder, they get to think about all these wonderful questions/answers over the weekend. :great:

  • #765
Haha that was a total setup!

ALV has been given every opportunity by Juan and now by the jury to salvage her credibility, and she has refused each and every chance.

My sympathy for her is zero. The jury can safely throw out all of her testimony when deliberating.

She ruined herself ALL BY HERSELF

How professional for an expert. She has been messing with her continuum since 1998.

  • #769
The jury has been reading our WS minds.

What is a manifesto and what are they talking about?

JA has 'allegedly' written a "Manifesto" in jail.. BUT NO ONE has seen it as of yet.. as far as I know.. Anyone know if it's been out there yet?

  • #771
Yeah but certainly hard to walk away from the $$, isn't it ALV?

  • #772
Somebody on here mentioned yesterday that 11 'experts" turned the case down.

Does anybody have any info about that?

  • #773
If you believe in an individual doesn't that set up prejudices?

And then Alyce lies (to herself).

  • #774
Really Alyce? You don't think Jodi is lying to save her hide?

And the continuum is ridiculous. It's not scientific, you change it all the time, what's the point? It means anything you want it to.

OR if the pay isn't enough ???

  • #776
She believed the defendant from the beginning. And based her career on that belief.

  • #777
Awesome question! Where in the evidence presented to the jury does it talk about JA trying to blackmail TA about the pedo stuff? I can't recall the actual evidence presented. When I heard this question I was thinking a juror was doing some "independent investigating". TIA

It was in Jodi's testimony

  • #778
...i won't testify... unless it means a big paycheck!

hmmm....her continuum was incomplete...sort of like her "whole big picture"
