Wonder if this is about ALV approaching Samantha? This last issue they have to resolve. Because isn't the questioning of her over? Is Juan last up to bat, and he's done with her?

Maybe they need Wong to testify about video footage of ALV doing this?

Color me crazy - but he would have all weekend to recover from his cold/bronchitis. Why release him with 20 minutes left, and a 2 day weekend to stay in bed. Antibiotics, Nyquil -- he'd but up in no time. If he was still sick on Monday - then release him.

I don't know, but I don't think somebody would be excused from jury service in the middle of a trial unless there was a legitimate reason. I would think the court would even ask for physician verification to be certain the illness isn't something that can be resolved within a day or so. I hope juror #11 isn't seriously ill in the long run.

I agree. If he was dismissed it wasn't because of the common cold or flu. It must be for a more serious health issue. As we have noticed people have fallen ill either via headaches or other afflictions and Court has just adjourned for the remainder of the day. Whatever is ailing Juror No. 11 it must not be something that can be overcome by the weekend to return to Court by 1:30 PM on Monday.

Ms. Wong was sitting in the media section of the gallery (same spot as shown today) when I was in the courtroom. There is one person who clacks so loud on their keyboard that it is distracting, and I had it narrowed down to her. She was sitting next to Beth Karas or Jean Casares that day, I believe it was Jean. I wonder if this is about alledged prosecutorial misconduct, or if she witnessed ALV approaching Sam. I know that the courtroom was pretty much cleared out when that happened. If it is about Sam, then KCL will prob be called too, as she witnessed it as well. Interesting...
