So we're not even sure who juror #11 is? Conflicting information. Would it kill journalists to report facts rather than rumours?

There were 2 tweets from court watchers stating it was Poquito and someone posted the WS list of names. That list also says Juror #11 is Poquito.

I'd love to hear more about the possibility ALV could be impeached. Juan said "not cooperating" so many times. Btw, I wonder if ALV flipped could the DT have also called for ALV to be impeached?

It appears the EXPERT ALV is going to get a beat down by the Judge! :great: for what, I haven't a clue. She's under subpoena and said she has medical tests she needs to do etc. The Judge said "I don't want to hear about your personal issues" Whack! As long as it doesn't involve anything that could lead to a mistrial I say MAN, KARMA WORKED REALLY FAST ON THIS ONE

If Ms. ALV is found to have lied on her CV, misrepresented her testimony on her previous testimony experiences and so on, would this finally be the issue that just might give Nurmi grounds for a mis-trial??? Maybe I should put this question on the legal thread.

Incredibly lame and extremely shameful if that is the case.

Hire a witness to testify and have that witness lie to get you a mistrial? Doesn't seem like it would warrant such an action to me...just destroys her credibility as their expert witness.

I'm thinking that the judge may find ALV a bit of a blowhard -- Judge Stephens is, after all, a former attorney and she probably thinks ALV is slippery and uncooperative. Plus she has already taken ill and caused court to be cancelled once already. She and Jodi should form their own support group for Narcissitic Storytellers.

I went back and listened to the Judge again. The Judge does mention 'testimony' and 'follow up'. So there an issue that ALV still needs to testify about? Plus there is another issue as per the Judge.

Wouldn't surprise me if the witness didn't talk to juror 11 too! She's so pompous and arrogant....in my opinion.

I am getting sick of JA skipping back to her desk with a smirk every single time she's coming back from chambers with Samantha. And Samantha & Tanisha were crying when they got back to the gallery.

What the heck is going on in there? It's beyond cruel, obnoxious, sickening, and beyond the pale for Jodi to be upsetting the family of her victim.:furious:

Really it's all Jodi has anymore. She can no longer derive enjoyment from torturing Travis, his family must be the next best thing for Jodi. She's a sick woman who enjoys causing pain for others. Its one of the many reasons Jodi needs to be given the DP as punishment. Jodi can still cause harm to others even if she would be behind bars for life.

her greatest gift was her absurdity.

anyone paying attention could ask a very good question back to her after every answer she gave. they were that absurd. she was the most slithery expert i've ever seen.
