Is there such a thing? Y do u state this with such certainty?
No, there is no such thing.

I'm just thinking the "issues" have something to do with the jury questions to ALV because that's what they are showing right now....and imo it's very odd of http://www.cnn.com/video/?/tab/live#/video/cvplive/cvpstream1 to replay anything on live stream.
I'd love to hear more about the possibility ALV could be impeached. Juan said "not cooperating" so many times. Btw, I wonder if ALV flipped could the DT have also called for ALV to be impeached?
I went back and listened to the Judge again. The Judge does mention 'testimony' and 'follow up'. So there an issue that ALV still needs to testify about? Plus there is another issue as per the Judge.
I bet someone would like to slap Judge Sherry into a time-out for her "Please don't tell me about your personal issues" comment.
her greatest gift was her absurdity.
anyone paying attention could ask a very good question back to her after every answer she gave. they were that absurd. she was the most slithery expert i've ever seen.
I thought the Wong issue was when Nurmi said he saw a HLN photographer doing what he thought was taking pictures of the jury, no?
Juror # 11, HLN/InSesson producer, the fact that ALV isn't death penalty qualified as an expert witness, ALV approaching Travis' family, perjury by ALV, etc...
Please feel free to add to the list of possibilities.
If Ms. ALV is found to have lied on her CV, misrepresented her testimony on her previous testimony experiences and so on, would this finally be the issue that just might give Nurmi grounds for a mis-trial??? Maybe I should put this question on the legal thread.
I am sorry to be such a pain, but can someone sum up what happened toda??/
I read some posts but I am too impatient to read them all - sounds like today
have some kick butts in it.
thanks
KCL or PASA said the other day when the Judge speaks, everyone listens. I think that just proved true! And if ALV hadn't spoken to Samantha, she wouldn't need to be back.
Wow. I was home sick again so able to watch the live feed when not on the phone. What a day!
Judge S seemed, to me, really ticked off at ALV at the very end when they were discussing the "other issue" she needs to be there for (under subpoena, which means it is very unlikely to be anything she's getting paid for).
