What Nurmi calls intimidating a witness the rest of us call being a good prosecutor and asking tough questions. It's not JM's fault that ALV "misspoke" so many times and JM point them all out and it's not JM's fault that ALV was so difficult and gave him a hard time answering even the simplest question that he had to get tougher with her so she would answer.

Since when is challenging a witness or evidence prosecutorial misconduct? There was nothing improper in his "dog" comment. That's a style issue but not a misconduct issue.

But guys, the defense has NOTHING, so they are going to try every single thing they can. It's par for the course. Just get used to it. They are very unlikely to get a motion granted and this kind of stretching of the facts and law to obtain a miracle is not unusual in murder trials.

I think the DT has completely lost their minds. If this is what usually happens in chambers I am glad we have not had to see it. This is making me really angry at her DT.

I don't think nurmi knows what he's asking for here.

1. Tears in his eyes. Why would ta be crying, hmm?
2. Shows standing, pictures taken at chest height. Not kneeling as previously testified.
3. Show the closeup of the eyes of a victim, in his last moments. You will lose a holdout on your jury, nurmi. They will feel compassion for ta like you didn't believe possible.
4. It will reek of desperation and show that you're grasping.
5. They will probably 'jesus toast' a knife or gun in that drawing.
6. Juan will make you look a fool.

Why is the defense spending so much time on social media then actually defending their client??????
AND the Court cannot keep track of every person watching this trial.

My advice, after the trial is over, then go and find those that "harassed" witnesses and prosecute them.

the DT loves hyperbole. being angry is a TIRADE. telling RS he's full of it is an ATTACK.

he's making it sound like JM beat the experts up for real. so stupid. and yes, this whole thing is a colossal waste of time.

JM didn't attack either of the defense expert witnesses. He's doing his job. Both RS and ALV refused to answer questions and were disrespectful to Mr. Martinez at times.

Does anyone think that they want this guy to be named an expert and get this picture with his stick figure drawn on admitted into evidence and if they get it in, will they try to interpret Travis's other eye with stick figures which some people have said shows two people in it?

She misrepresented herself as a witness please. Even the jurors didnt believe her or cared for her, I'm sure they watch the DT and their performance and are less than impressed.
