This is a waste of time. The DT is clearly grasping at straws with these ridiculous claims about JM's questioning of an expert witness. Dr. Samuels was evasive, and Juan wanted to understand exactly what RS' testimony would address.

I actually hear no difference between Juan on tape than in the courtroom.. he was actually a lot more mellow...

Unless Juan said you better testify my way or else..there was nothing intimidating on that tape the way the defense team claims

This is JMO, but I think the defense is using Juan's reputation of being aggressive as a back up method to try to get a mistrial, rather than what has REALLY transpired. I think the witnesses have been told to complain.

I know we usually dislike defense attorney's here, but let Nurmi do this. There is no way ineffective council can be a used as an appellate issue.

I actually feel bad for SOME defense attorney's. They have a hard job and they have an unpopular job. This team however crossed the line with me. I could go on forever as to why but it is the only reason why I did put my gif of Nurmi thumbing his nose at the judge from the live feed. He just doesn't care about the system he is working for or respect it. It;s all $$ signs it seems. of course MOO big time.

He is an embarrassment for defense attorney's everywhere. They both are.

I try really hard to muster up feelings for him but I just can't. I feel for his assistants who have a lot of work probably chasing nothing on a daily basis.
