Could it be that the defense wants that "eye reflection" photo in because they "think" that the jury will be able to see Jodi with the camera in her hand(s)-- and no weapon in her other hand --

And that she dropped the camera and Travis "attacked her" ... blah blah blah blah blah blah ... thus, the "self defense" bulldinky story.

I'm not a lawyer, but the only think I heard that was unprofessional was the way the two attorneys overspoke each other. For pete's sake, I thought in depositions, the lawyers didn't do that.

This was the short interview JM was allowed with RS during the trial, because RS had several visuals and articles that he sprang on Juan at the last minute, i.e. it wasn't turned over as part of the required discovery swap. DT/RS tried to sneak in crime scene analysis too, but JS stopped them.
