To show Stabby Arias WAS taking pictures and then she dropped the camera and then Travis attacked her and then etc etc. Safe to say the DT is going to DefCon 1 on us. Good luck with that!

No change on the docket. Still says court this afternoon. But also talks about a Witness list hearing.

The witness list hearing could be about the rebuttal witness lineup.

What's really sad about this statement is the high likelihood that it bears a strong relation to what will probably happen. Ridiculous!

We will be able to find out after the trial is over. I can't imagine why it would remain sealed after she's convicted.

But somebody will have to request and pay for the transcript of the in chambers hearing. Once JA is convicted and sentenced to death, I won't care what was said. I'll be too busy dancing. :great:

Does anyone follow Katelyn Markham? The pic of a pic emerged and the more you looked at it, enlarged it etc the more images was in the pic. Some even looked like monsters.

This just takes me back to THAT OTHER FLORIDA TRIAL where when the pics were released of where Caylee's bones were discovered, everyone saw kittens in the pics..... Tricks of the camera, angle, shadows and eyes.

I loved how Juan got the eye guy to admit the jury would have to figure out from the photo what was there, Jurors can't do the investigation work. I son't see a person there just 2 lights. Juan is good. Hope this guys babble doesn't get in.

I'm not so convinced that Travis even KNEW she was photographing him let alone, in his house when these pictures were being snapped. That said, this close up of Travis' beautiful face is no doubt BEHIND the glass shower door given the spray of water drops.

Why would someone purposefully takes "Calvin Klein" photos from behind the shower door? It would only impede the subject (Travis) and create an unnecessary barrier.

I believe this ominous photo was taken the moment when Travis realized she was there. All the other photos are off center, too dark, too blurry etc especially coming from someone (Jodi) who was no stranger to a camera.

I'm not sure what Nurmi was hoping to accomplish with this witness besides wasting MORE time and money.

Also....these photos clearly prove that Jodi was not on her knees as testified. In fact, there was at least one photo (maybe two) where the camera was positioned above Travis, looking downward into the shower stall. I don't think The State wanted to waste too much time on these shower photos because it would only lead to speculation (which they are staying far away from) and honing in on the more incriminating elements to this PREMEDITATED murder case.

Potential juror question: Would a 100 lies told by JA constitute a pattern?

ALV: Well, you see it depends on the quality of the lie and also the context. And honestly I haven't seen any evidence of JA being a liar so I don't think she can be called a liar. There is nothing to support that. Can a hundred lies = a pattern? Yes, it's possible. Anything is possible but I just don't see it.

Yeah, I just can't see it, ya see there is there big fat check in my way that's from the suckers...er taxpayers of Arizona and it's blocking my view.
