I see Pinocchio.
I'm tellin' yah, it's Big Bird! It's so obvious! :floorlaugh:
I see Pinocchio.
I didn't get my confidence or self esteem back until I divorced my 2 abusive ex's. Still have an ingrained "Flight or Fight" response, which is good! (well, and carry a .357 mag, but that's just for varmints!)
Just got here so I hope this wasn't discussed earlier...
Since JM stipulated she didn't have a knife during THIS photo...no one testified she did????...is the DT going to admit this into evidence and who's going to testify??? Or is this just so JM can't say she did in rebuttal or closing???
I'm a bit confused! :banghead:
Horace Finkelstein said:Jodi does and says lots of random, nonsensical things. Why did she do a handstand in the interrogation room? Who knows. It's just part of her bizarre nature, not proof of anything IMO.
Morning,
I am so behind I do not know where to start. I am in MA so the bombing has been front line here. Already at work and will try to read up at some point.
Well I see a partially frozen snowman but I'm a glass half full guy.

1. The victim's siblings sat feet away from the killer, until the horror of that was finally fixed by placing the killer at the other end of the court room.
2. Hours were spent on what may or may not be seen in the victim's eye. Finally stipulated that the reflection does not show some one holding a weapon.
3. JM did not prosecutorially misconduct.
4. Jodi tweeted, and the sheriff controls what she does, unless it adversley affects the trial
I think the defense wants to argue that she was merely taking pictures and didn't corner him in the shower, making him sit in a vulnerable position to stab him. They somehow think that this will make her story of dropping the camera more believable.
I agree with you and others - it's nuts. I think JM just thought it was better to stipulate that she didn't have weapons out by that time rather than allowing the DT to make a huge issue out of it, possibly drawing attention to something that was never an issue with the jury to begin with. Smart move.
What a colossal waste of the court's time. The prosecution never said she had the weapons out in that picture. The fact remains, the evidence of premeditation is overwhelming and the brutal murder was carried out.
I actually think the DT pointed out some good things today.
:seeya: Good Morning, The Farm! Saw the following post a few minutes ago, and thought of you... This pretty much sums up the day:
So, you really didn't miss much yesterday... Just more displays of desperation from the DT, at the taxpayers' expense. :banghead:
ETA: I hope all your family & friends there in MA are safe... You're all in my prayers!
We get them in Canada too. Yumm! Thank you citrus growers! You get ruby reds in NJ. Seriously? well ... sitting on my hands with blown margins.
