and they didn't ask RS to do any testing on DV cuz there WAS no DV.

or PTSD for that matter.

So they strategically used their experts' "lack of knowledge" on purpose.

As opposed to choosing highly qualified more skilled experts. Yep, that sounds about right.

I LOVE the mature, professional presentation of this witness!!!!


JM is SO getting across to the jury that the titles & education of the experts are important when establishing the baseline, THEN the relevancy & presentation under OATH is the CORE of the material!


HOWEVER, I'm "guessing" that JW et al. are going to attack Dr. D on her experience vs Dr. S & ALV COMBINED.......which will NOT be a DT win!, IMHO.

She is young very intelligent, smart as a whip and can spot a liar and knows all current data and studies.

The other two are old, out of date and bought and paid for pro's

The last two hours of testimony has been so informative. She is credible, concise, truthful, likable, pretty, educated and uncoached! ......what did I leave out? I believe she will be able to hold her own with whoever cross examines her. Sure hope it's JW! Would love to see them go head to head!

What do you think the jury thinks about how everytime Juan is up with a witness that there are 50 objections and they are all overruled. 98% of the time.

All JA can do is stare down at the table and work on her latest coloring masterpiece.
Same for the defense team (except for the obligatory objection/over ruled exchanges, you may proceed Dr DeMarte)
THIS is a real expert witness - Dr DeMarte.
No iffy answers, no twisting square pegs to try to fit diagnosis that don't apply, etc.
Professional.
