JW can't find a weak link she keeps trying to circle around to get her 'Gotcha' but Dr DM has no Gotcha she's too sharp!!

I really can't believe that JW fancies herself an "angel of defense"... so absurd.

Oh lord, this is funny.

Every time Willmott says "okay" it sounds like she is agreeing with the DT. Certainly makes her look (even more) like she's spinning her wheels.

everybody send the witness good positive thoughts

A very intelligent person showing how it is done...

When the WITNESS laughs at you, it's time to call it a day...

You get your doctorate then you get a license and then become a psychologist... seriously JW is it that hard?!?!

  • #2,373
LOL she is holding back laughter at the expense of JW! I would be doing the same dang thing.

  • #2,374
Is JW having trouble with her memory???

Jennifer CUT AND RUN while you still can. You aren't going to shake this gal.

You're in over your head!!

Somebody throw her a life preserver I can't stand to watch.

Ms. Wilmott seems to be lost on the word practice. Ms. LaViolette was practicing, this Dr. DeMarte has a practice. :)

in the face of ridiculous questioning!!

Just a thought, but Dr. Demarte was excellent in her evaluation of JA. Most of us knew all those things just not what the term of her mental disorder. Sociopath would have been close though. It was wonderful to see and hear her testimony in comparrison to the defense witnesses.

I fear that the jury will take sympathy now on Jodie, realizing she has a mental defect which began as a child and therefore not see it so much for murder in cold blood----What the Defense Teams mental defect is, I am not sure. Would not be surprised if the jury gave them LWOP for cabbage brain.

Don't hate me but I cannot help but give someone with a "Diagnosed" mental disorder a little more consideration when it comes to murder. Still might come up with Death Penalty---but would not be going into the jury room "totally convinced" DP was warranted.

Am I horrible???

You aren't horrible. I tend not to hate people with mental defects or mental illness.

But I don't believe she deserves more consideration when it comes to this murder. She gave in to her murderous impulses when others with personality disorders don't. It just seems to me that she "chose" to let it out and go bananas.

I think she could have stopped herself and the way she behaved afterwards convinces me that she knew what she'd done was wrong. I think she knew as she was doing it.

Maybe people like Jodi have to work harder to control their impulses in a way that I don't.

IMO
