When JM was questioning Flores about the shelves he asked him what happened when he pressed his hand on the shelf and "this is what happened" and was showing a photograph. But the cameras never showed this photo. Is this photo available anywhere online?

Anybody have a link to the prior thread where this photo was posted? Or know where I can find it?

Also, when JM was showing the helio photos of her dark hair on June 3rd, he was flipping in between the dark haired photos and there were photos when she was a blonde. Did he mention when the blonde photos are from? Or do we know when those photos of her as a blonde were taken?

That's what I'm thinking too. Tuesday or Wednesday sounds more like it to me but I'm a horrible judge of such things.

2. Gus S. bought her a replacement phone
3. The phone Gus replaced is the same phone she had on her road trip.
4. She took a pic on Jun3 on herself in her rental.

Here's my theory:

The sex call was recorded. Phone is "lost". Travis is pizzed. Gus swoops in and buys her another phone. As per RB and car rental guy, she was a blonde. She goes on her roadtrip and stops in Salinas (hair darkened in Salinas which I think Juan will put together).

The pic from yesterday Jun3, just simply is too show she took a pic of herself on Jun3 and prior to that her hair was much lighter.

Again, Jodi in a lie because she testified she darkened her hair in March. Not what Ryan B. says...

Brown says pictures are ALL from the same phone; he doesn't just say the three new ones, so was JM showing that the phone could not have been lost?

May 10: The 'sex tape' was made
May 15: Picture of Jodi with her dog Jewell is taken with same phone
May 17th-18th: Jodi says phone went missing, she worked hard to get that in
June 3rd: Pictures of Jodi taken with Dark hair

I've said that for every trial since OJ. :floorlaugh: When this one is over, I'll still be here I'm sure. This is my refuge away from the craziness of taking care of my 91 year old mother with dementia. :scared: I'm afraid I'd go nutzo if I didn't have something to take my mind of things.

I get that JSS is allowing the defense more leeway since this is a death penalty case and is allowing a surrebuttal.

But (in SNL fashion) REALLY?!?!? We really need yet ANOTHER psych to get on the stand? I'm appalled by the number of docs that are making money on evaluating JA who has wasted the courts time and the states money with her lies.
