We have seal, but websleuths' server is unstable this a.m.

I got bounced out a bit a go. I was worried my dog with the gas comments had gotten me in trouble! :floorlaugh:

Seal is up! Let's get ready to rumbleeeeeeeeeee.

I see some of you are worried. Understandable. I'm sending all of you showers of Katiecoolady's optimism...

We the jury in the above entitled clause find the defendant Jodi Ann Arias to be guilty of murder in the first degree.

Can you feel it? :)

Now that manslaughter will be among the charges for the jury to consider, is anyone worried about the possibility of a conviction on one of the lesser charges - second degree or manslaughter? I'm not feeling quite as confident about 1st degree pre-meditated murder as I was earlier in the trial. :blushing:

:seeya:

BBM: I am very worried about this and I do not like this at all ...

No doubt, it will confuse the jury more than they need to be ...

And just say that there is 1 - 2 jurors that are :fence: and want to go with the lesser charge -- the longer they debate and get frustrated, no telling if others may "give in" ... KWIM ?

Mr. Martinez will do an outstanding Closing Argument and will tie everything up nicely for the jury -- but I hope he focuses on 1st Degree Pre-Meditated Murder and continues to nail that point to the jury !

Otherwise ... I am worried because ya just never know what goes through the mind of a jury ...

Nixa still has a true full service petrol station - with a coin soda machine and candy bar machine being the only other items sold there (No it is not at Nixa Hardware :D). Use to be one in Sparta but don't know if it remains. They even have fuel derived from American oil. Over here, there are some stations that have nothing but petrol and who knows where it comes from except it must be somewhere really expensive.

Nixa Hardware has my heart, and I WON't cheat.

Where else in the world can I wear my overalls and rubber boots, jaw with the locals, AND get coffee?

The only excuse for not pumping your own gas is that you're in a race car. Heh.

I can't feel it. If that is actually read, the feeling will be surreal. I have a strong feeling that there is Jodibot on that jury who is going to ruin it.

I am trying to see what I missed yesterday when husband broke his face (no, he is not abused) he fell from an attic. On his face. It's ok..I laughed a little too..

I'm glad to hear hubby is okay. Has he made jokes yet that you beat him? That always goes over well in the check out line.

Watching JA yesterday while sitting alone, you can see her mind is racing like a rollercoaster. I think she is finally coming undone. When I watched her facial expressions and body language she changed minute to minute.. angry, depressed, defiant, nervous, fearful, fearless, gleeful, secure, insecure, uber fidgety, then stares like in a trance... it was exhausting to watch. She seems like she can barely hold it together when JW is not sitting right next to her. She is sliding down the tube fast and she has no control. She knows her court day furloughs from her cell are coming to an end and she will be hearing the slam of the metal bars for the last time very soon. No more play dates with JW.

I have to say, it was one of the best days to watch her.

No smirking or laughing.

Just think, what she will look like next Friday when the jury takes over.

I think she's good @ denial. As soon as she starts getting concerned off to color she goes. Tries to tighten up like a clam and shut it all out.

BetteDavisEyes, do we have confirmation that the Judge has allowed instructions for the jury on lesser charges the DT asked for? TIA

I don't believe the pregnancy bit, but I DO believe the Psycho part. I was wondering how she distracted him, now I know. The knife was part of the 'act.' He wouldn't have suspected anything.

The WS server is about to have an aneurysm! Gee, I went to Edit Options and trimmed everything down to the bare bones and opted for 100 replies per page, and I'm still getting timed out. :(

HALP.

(And yes, I cleaned my cache...clean as a whistle, it is! :))

Is JA allowed to write and or publish a book with her story after all this, or can the family ask that it be order that she can't profit from this murder ????
