OMG OMG!

THERE IS NOT REASON FOR HIM TO GO UPSTAIRS DURING THE MIDDLE OF THAT.

GUILTYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

btw what does "off himself" mean?

Off himself = Kill himself, which would have saved us all a lot of time. And the people of SA a lot of money to try his sorry behind.

looking back over archived stuff here.. I was searching for Oscars tirade at the Brazilian runner who defeated him at the Olympic games.. the biggest shock and grief that Oscar had suffered up until that time.. he expected to win, everyone expected him to win, and here comes an unknown Brazilian.. He has a public meltdown, and is fined for it, censured, eventually gets over it, but for 10 minutes he is a man enraged to the max, .... is Oscars sudden and uncontrollable outburst done in a voice as high as a screaming womans?

nope .. its a mans voice, furious, filled with rage, resentment and despair. Not one report , and it was reported relentlessly day after day, hour after hour in the 3 languages I can translate apart from English, that Oscar sounded like a terrified woman.

Great post and snipped respectfully for space.

I just have one question..............if he battered the door with his cricket bat and then shot, how do you figure blood got on the bat?

Bat was on floor when blood was dripping all over?

For anyone: Where is the best place to see the trial from today?

============================================

The problem with this comporting is.. that Dr Stipp testified that the bathroom light was on, someone was moving from left to right, man or woman indistinguishable to Stipp, WHILE THE SHOOTING AND SCREAMING was proceeding.

Therefore , in all logic and reason.. Oscar , if he was the figure , has his prosthetics on, has the light in the bathroom on, is screaming and shooting and so is Reeva AT THE SAME TIME.

NOT after he gets back to his bedroom, cant find Reeva, puts his legs on, and turns the lights ON, then runs to the bathroom picking up the cricket bat on the way, to find out just who he HAS indeed shot at previously thru the toilet door. Cant be. can it.. it defies the timing..

in fact.. it was this particular episode of testimony that caused Roux to call a halt to he proceedings.. now he has a witness that states the light is on, a figure is moving, there is screaming and shooting, a man and a woman screaming. that's the testimony of Dr Stipp. Bombshell.

Ohhhhh - Dr. Stipp just said that the cricket bat sounded similar to the gunshots, and the gunshots could have come AFTER the cricket bat!!!!!!

I hadn't imagined that scenario, but it gives me pause.

It gives me pause too.

Becausae the other 3 witnesses were all sure they herad gun shots. And then no screaming after the gunshots from the woman. SIlence from the woman.

So the gun shots, IMO, were at the end of everything. End of the sequences, if you will.

So what if, like I said in my earlier post, Oscar first tried to knock the door down with the cricket bat.

That would also make sense why he was able to take such good aim.

B/c there was a hole made by the panel which he could see into and see exactly where Reeva was.

??

This would also fit into the timeline that lisasalinger posted earlier.

Oscar wouldn't need time to knock the door and get the key and open the door.

The knocking part was already done.

All he had to do was get key and open the door.

But what is Roux going to contest now? This witness has already confessed to hearing two sets of sounds. That means that, in all likelihood, the second set was from the cricket bat. WAIIIIIIITTTT.........

What if OP tried to knock down the locked door with the cricket bats FIRST??

AND THEN FIRED THE GUN?

This is what I reckon happened.

OP: "Come out you witch, come out I tell you"

RS: "Hell no, you psychopath"

OP: Bang bang with the cricket bat. He gets frustrated, and then uses his gun.

GOOD thinking!!

He was probably thinking up his story as the doctor was working on poor Reeva.

He already knew she was dead.

He was thinking of what he was going to say.

OMG I think you are absolutely right!! He was probably thinking, burglar came in...uh oh...but from where?

It's hard for me to not see this scenario as too fantastically diabolical. That OP murders Reeva in a fit of vicious rage but seconds later, is able to affect a show of grief so dramatic that Dr. S fears he may kill himself, switch gears again to jog upstairs, cooly stage the scene and plot a cover, and then, on cue, resume the grieving affectation. It plays like a bad movie.

R: 'There was a fatal wounding of the deceased - what I'm saying it's medically impossible screams could have been the deceased'

S: ' The screams sounded female to me.'

Not if the first set of sounds were from the cricket bat. Then Reeva could have still screamed. She could have screamed all through the cricket bat attack. Then Oscar uses the gun. Scream after first shots, until last shot when she can't scream anymore.

aha... the old Oscar screams like a woman in panic again..

and the dr says.. well. cant it?? I don't know..

Roux.. we will call an expert to show this is possible.. ( why not have Oscar just do it again??))

the dr says.. you are proposing two TONES of voice?? dr says.. the screams, a man and a womans were intermingled..

Wow oh wow.

This is just what Burger and husband testified to also.

but how could the cricket bat sounds come after the shots? The bat was used to knock open the door.

what if he was using the cricket bat first in his rage to knock down the door to get to reeva??

Omg omg.

If that were the case, it worked, the panel broke away, he can get to her. Why stop and switch to a gun?

What if... she used the bat?

Roux says he is going to produce experts who will say Pistorius' screaming could be mistaken for a woman's based on decibel tests. Dr Stipp disagrees saying he heard a male voice "intermingled" with the screaming.

"I find it hard to believe he was screaming in two voices," he says.
-----------------------
If he definitely heard 2 voices intermingled, that throws out Roux's theory that it was only OP making any noise because Reeva was already dead. If there were 2 voices, then OP must have heard Reeva too (despite the whole 'mute' thing in his affidavit). If the Dr is 100% sure he heard 2 voices at the same time, then OP is guilty as hell.

Not only is the DR absolutely sure he heard 2 separate voices, but so were Burger and so was the husband Johnson. I don't know about the other witness.

So that's 3 (witnesses) vs. 1 (Oscar)

Except that his dramatic grief abated enough for him to sort his affairs efficiently enough for security to be calling the doctor within a couple of hours to inform him that OP's lawyer would be in touch.

And why did he need to go upstairs when doc was trying to help Reeva?

That testimony about a fully lit bathroom with someone moving around it whilst the screaming and shooting was going on really is pretty momentous.

Omg omg.

And if the panel broke away before he shot, why'd he miss on one and nail her thigh/elbow on others? Did he do that on purpose too as part of this diabolical master plan?

Maybe she was holding the key so he couldn't get to it?

Good point. Didn't think it out all the way.

However it could be she was holding the key in her hand out of his reach.

I have zero problem with anyone involved in a shooting, accidental or otherwise, calling their lawyer.

As to your second and third points, they are valid problems for his story.

it isn't impossible that he used the cricket bat to chase and hound Reeva into the bathroom and then into the toilet where she locks the door..

( another anomaly.. how does Oscar know the toilet door is locked?? in his statement he fires the gun 4 times.. he doesn't say he jiggled the lock, or touched the toilet door, or tried the handle.. he is shouting at the intruder, he is about 2 feet, a metre back from the door, so how does he know the toilet door is locked?? he guesses correctly that it is? he hears the lock?? he assumes its locked?? I merely enquire.. because he makes this decision once back in his bedroom, that that toilet door is locked. because he puts on his legs, turns the light on, he says, and THEN picks up cricket bat to batter the door down.. but how did he ascertain that the toilet door was locked to make that decision?? )

"It plays like a bad movie."

Yes, and for most of these asshats who murder their wives and girlfriends, it BECOMES a bad movie. Starring Rob Lowe.

Although "A Perfect Husband" - about the Scott/Laci Peterson case - was pretty good.

Unfortunately, never think "he couldn't have done it". Far too often he could, and indeed did!
