R: Could you find a msg where it stated OP asked Mr Fresco to take the blame?

FM: No. That msg was the only one I could find about that incident.

Roux: could you find a message asking Fresco to take the blame?
Moller: no. BB

4 "argument" conversations found out of 1,700

Do the math....

99.8% of the messages were NOT arguments.

As I said yesterday... that evidence yesterday was selective and so IMO not very relevant.

R: One thing that's not there is that he told Reeva he asked Mr Fresco to take the blame.

Now Roux is bringing up something that 'reflects on the deceased. For obvious reasons I'm not repeating the contents. It's really dealing with Reeva, not the accused"

So he got the mention in that there is something bad about Reeva there, without actually saying what it was and making defence look bad.....

Roux refers to another message, but won’t read it because it’s a reflection on the deceased. He’s pointing the court to it.

Oh Roux, such a twister you are. We all know what OP's message meant about Darren taking the blame and and the smilie Reeva puts after her reply, "I don't know what you are talking about", says it all... hopefully the judge's assistants will know how to interpret the exchange and the smillie more honestly than Roux because no youngster, or anyone minimally up to date in texting can miss what was meant.

Talking about Reeva's msg re African Cup of Nations Day, friendly and no fighting.

I don't think most fights happen by text. jmo:moo:

Well, still confusing but R is making more of a story than Nel did. I have no notion what Nel thought he was doing, just presenting a mass of data without interpretation.

I think the relationship was going down hill fast Towards the end. I'd be more interested in the contents closer to the incident . Moo

Well I must say there wasn't the fireworks that I expected bearing in mind an early rest to the case .

They're terrible stats for prosecution. I hope they've got more than this.

Roux: could you find a message asking Fresco to take the blame?
Moller: no. BB

That question by Roux makes no sense, because he did not ask him by text, he asked him right on the spot to take the blame. Right then and there, while the smoke was still clearing from the shot, he asked Fresco to 'please, take the blame for this.'

R: First msg is Reeva with a top on, blowing a kiss.

FM: From OP msgs says "You like it?" Reeva reples "I love it!"

I don't think they have anything else to present phone wise but could be wrong as I got that from twitter

Yes this worried me too! But I prefer to think that Nel has some strategy that will tie everything together... we just don't know it yet.

The argument:

OP sent a msg with three kisses shortly after.

Reeva replied back with kisses.

Roux says the argument was resolved 'very quickly'.

Feb 8th msgs. 10.27am. Reeva to OP.

"Morning Ossie"

OP: "Morning Baba. How's it going?"

R: Again, resolved.

He doesn't seem to have much explosive from the phone records compared to what a lot of people were expecting especially with the extension of the trial.
We will just have to wait and see.
