So reeva woke up cold, went to the bathroom which felt warm and opened a window knowing she'd only be in there for about 30 seconds?. No way.
If you wake up cold you would be grateful to get into a warm room wouldnt you?, so why open a window?.

And if Reeva had woken up cold and asked OP to close the room up, you can guarantee it would have been in his affidavit to qualify the "I woke up at 3am and went to bring in the fan" comment. He'd have mentioned that Reeva said she was cold when he was apparently chatting to her moments before he killed her. I don't think the scene contamination is going to ruin anything. The fact is OP murdered her and didn't bother to get help for god knows how long after. The witnesses haven't been contaminated, they heard what they heard - not just one witness, but several. So I'm sure the judge will have her logical cap on when considering what to ignore and what to absorb.

She knew Oscar was closing up the bedroom. Perhaps she reasoned that if she did not open the window now when the outside air was still cool, the bathroom would remain muggy all the following day.

Also, 62 f is not cold enough to be uncomfortable, that's a pretty perfect temperature for a nice breeze or to open a window for fresh air. But it would probably be too cold to leave fans pointing at you from outside.

It is amazing to me that OP fired the first shot and moved both to his left and to his right to fire the other three shots! I had thought that he only moved to the right after the first shot, but the trajectory rods show a different story.

The trajectory rods look like they were fired from the exact same position.

My mistake. Not the fans then. A request to 'close up the room'. Doesn't change anything.

Possibly since Reeva was on the window side closest to the fans now blowing in 62F air, she might have mentioned to him that she was cold and ask him to close up the room.

A request to close up the room (or a request to bring in the fan) it doesn't make much difference really, does it? The point being OP never mentioned that Reeva asked him to do anything regarding fans, windows, or room closing, and I'm sure if Reeva did ask... it would be in his affidavit. So I don't buy that Reeva asked him to do anything with regards to the room. Nor do I believe she opened the bathroom window at the exact nano second that OP voluntarily plunged himself into darkness so that he could conveniently miss seeing her in bed when he went charging to the bathroom to kill.

You're right, he didn't say that. So she probably didn't.

Not sure, I'd have to see the floor plan. They're coming from the left (looking at the door from inside). And it actually does look there are slight angles going on but from the same vantage point. I definitely don't see movement.

I hadn't seen those - I think we were not shown those live during the trial. These are from the perspective inside the cubicle right? So it does look like he was shooting from right where the hallway meets the bathroom, so he would have at least had a little bit of cover from that position - as opposed to the Rambo position of right out in the open in front of the door

Just looked, that's definitely where the shots seem to be coming from.

He didn't really move much at all, and he certainly didn't move his feet.

A couple of metres back, the whole span of a door can be covered from letf to right with an approx. 3 inch movement of the hands to either side.

That is incorrect. Please open the link, this is an image that I have not seen discussed. When you look at the image, imagine each rod has a pistol stuck on the end of it - all four rods, then imagine where OP would have to be standing to hold and aim each of the four pistols to get the bullets to hit the same area behind the door. The first shot is bullet hole"B", 2nd from the left. So to fire the other three shots OP had to move to the right of that rod and to the left of that rod.

Moving around like that and targeting (aiming) at Reeva's voice as she fell. It's amazing!!!

I think it's just the angle/focus of that picture. If you look at the rods from the top there's not much variance in angle at all. If he was moving right to left they'd be in completely different angles.

That image shows OP in front of shower door imo, not beside and to the left of the vanity wall, i.e. very near the "hall".
