Always thought strange how Mangena couldn't decide whether arm or head-shot were the last because of what OP's expert just said, i.e. she couldn't have lifted her arm to cover her head if the head shot were last and if the head-shot were 3rd then she couldn't have lifted her arm either. Unless of course it was a double tap. Don't know if in SA the PT has rebuttal and can call Mangena to explain why this expert is wrong but think he really needs to if he can.

hip - immediate instability, would have fallen slightly to the right, not sure how much pain she would have felt
arm- immediate rendered useless
head- death ensued fairly quickly

Whether she made any noise depends on the sequence...these shots could have been discharged in space of 4 secs ...highly unlikely she would have had time to call out...I don't think she would have/could have called out. I can't exclude it though.

He says Reeva 'would have been able to move' after first two injuries but 'largely of a reflexive nature'

The more I know about the nature of the injuries and the series of positions Reeva was in the more damning it looks to me.
I just can't fit OP's scenario to the injuries. If he was shouting at who he believed to be intruders, she knew he was coming and would surely call out. It just does not make sense.

I am finding this testimony absolutely fascinating. The atmosphere seems especially tense and dramatic today and Nel looks to be in combative mood. This is very intense.

Nel is saying you cannot draw conclsuions from a collar of abrasion after it's passed through solid object, challenges him to bring him any paper proving it, and prof can't.

Nel is much more vehement than I've seen him before...he is really fighting about this 'collar of abrasion' on the hip.
