Boat accident...

O: I called friend asked if he wanted to go to Vaaal river.....we met some of my family and friends on water. On returning, some people on my boat were in a rush to get home to cook dinner. I suggested they get on another boat. Just me and friend John then. He stood up to light cig, John suddenly shouted....I couldn't see; sun was setting. I remember propeller going in the air. When I woke, my face was very hot. The boat was already half full of water,

John asked if I was okay. He turned to look at me and looked shocked.....realized my face was torn....just muscle and cartilige there. Phoned my uncle, told him I needed help. The boat went under. Water was hot and cold around us from all the blood. I was pulled on to my cousin's boat...people shouting and screaming.

I don't remember much in the ambulance. My cousin is in a paramedic, she was telling them what to do. When I woke, I was drowning in blood cos they'd strapped me down on my back....I remembered I'd read in the media after people laughing and saying I'd been drinking, they didn't understand I'd nearly lost my life.

R: Had you been drinking?

O: No, I had not been drinking.

Interesting that he ALWAYS puts his prosthetics on when rising. Nel will make a big deal of that.

Nel should have put that Youtube video into evidence, where we see him put them on in a few seconds.

He goes to bed and leaves pants on his legs ready. Also when racing. "I wouldn't leave my legs lying around and I wouldn't want to be seen without them.'

No, he flipping hasn't. Hope he doesn't either, or I'll have to censor myself.

He's a bit graphic with his descriptions, considering he is so sensitive to bloody photos, I think. So far he's mentioned:

Smell of Reeva's blood
His bloody bandages that pulled his skin off
Graphic details about his facial injuries in boat crash, and the 'hot' blood in the water etc.

Yep, and we only have his word for that accident having made him fearful and withdrawn anyway .. I personally doubt very much that it did. I've been in a car accident where the car turned over and I had to try and scramble out of the passenger seat, then out of the back window (which was smashed in), in order to get out of the car as quickly as possible (in case it went up in a ball of flames .. which fortunately, it didn't) but I can honestly say it has never made me fear for my life from an intruder, or made me shoot any of my previous partners stone dead.

I wonder if it has been proven that he had not been drinking the day of the boating accident. He had been out on the water all day with friends and family. And then inexplicably crashed the boat in a violent way. Sounds like alcohol to me...:twocents:

WOW he doesn't have balance without his prosthetics but he can shoot a high power 9mm pistol without any trouble!!!

I believe this helps Viper's theory that OP was moving while shooting...
