Roux seems to take great delight in accusing every State's witness of being a liar.

  • #102
she is no fool, though.. she has a darn good grasp of whats going on.

She lived in Jo'burg during relationship. Positive she spent four days a week at his house,.

OP kept his curtains partly open in bedroom. Roux asking if bedroom was ever very dark

She says only if curtains closed.

R no success in getting her to say it was very dark.

And just asked whatit was like in bedroom night Reeva died!!!

Surprise surprise, witness did not know.

  • #104
Roux completely lost the plot there.

But did get Sam to admit she's never heard OP scream when his life was in danger.

  • #105
Roux says sunroof incident happened on Grasmere Hwy??

Witness says she is not sure.

  • #106
Mmmm. They were on the way to OP's friend's to 'sign papers for guns'

  • #107
Roux is trying to get Sam to remember where she was and she DOES NOT KNOW. It is so obvious she has no idea - why is he doing this?

  • #108
On way to the Vaal OP drove. On way to friend, Darren was driving.

Roux wants to know who told state OP was driving.

Witness does not understand question.

Nel interjects.

Judge doesn't have a copy of state's document about this incident. :(

  • #110
State says he has never meant OP was driving when shots were fired.

All accepted. Simple mistake.

  • #111
Embarrassing confusion over 'sleeping with' OP that night. Roux clarifies he did not mean that kind of sleeping together.

  • #112
'The shot was fired because they were angry and found it funny to irritate the police."

R: 'But how would that have irritated police?'

S: 'Out of spite?'

  • #113
dear little sam.. they fired the gun out of spite against the police.. they were very angry, then laughing..

Roux.. what was Oscar angry about?? ' You should ask the accused, he fired the shot when angry, and then laughed about it.

She is doing quite well.

Can a person actually get crumpets in Germany??!! I would give my right arm, almost, for a toasted crumpet.

ETA: Lol, I see you're talking about the name of the break now, not crumpets. Wishful thinking on my part. They have nice cakes here though. Tea's terrible. :)
Now...if there's one thing I understand, it's missing familiar foods. (I waited a looooong time for Peanut Butter Cups and Oreos to follow me. ;))

For you, hope they're of use:

Roux says OP denies the sunroof incident took place at all.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, the fact that OP was angry, yelled at a police officer, continued to be angry afterward, and then thought it was funny to take retribution by shooting a gun demonstrates that he's prone to rage & thinks it's hilarious to take out his anger by shooting guns in a reckless manner.

Roux querying if she recalls correctly that she left Justin's (friend) with OP that evening.

OP was playing golf in St Andrew's Scotland, next day.

Is Roux working up to saying Sam did not stay at OP's the night of sunroof incident, as she recalls?
