Not a lawyer, but if I was Roux I'd get Sam off the stand as quick as poss. She is incredibly damaging to OP's defence, imo.

There is much to the Sam Taylor story.
One aspect is that she had contacted SA newspaper and told them she will "tell all' and arrangements were made.

But then suddenly ST hired a lawyer to tell that SA paper that ther will be no more correspondence between ST and them.

So what's the other incident with OP being followed and maybe pulling a gun, that (I think) he meant Sam to discuss orginally?

Trouble is, that line of questioning has left people thinking there are two incidents where OP has pulled a gun on strangers in vehicles, but if Roux revisits, it may make it worse. Fiasco for him.

Roux says Sam emailed OP, admitting cheating on OP.

Sam says not so. Her and OP had split at the time.

Back to car incidents. Black bmw or white mercedes?

Roux says it was OP driving black bmw

Sam says they were driving out of estate, car behind, they stop at gate, OP jumps out, goes to car and pulls gun.

Roux says OP did not 'go towards' car. Was just stopping to call security.

And OP 'did not shoot through the sunroof of a car'

Sam says he did.

I think he is 27, and the article below says she was 17 in 2011 when she started dating him.

Sam now repeating how OP jumped out of his vehicle to run to following vehicle and point gun straight at their window. Car drove off. She says it was not 'to protect her'.

Oscar is just sitting stony faced, completely immobile and with a thousand yard stare while this sweet kid is telling a story of a man who reaches extremes of rage..

oho on one occasion while JESSICA was there, Oscar thought there was in an intruder through the bathroom window..

so he picks up his gun and walks through the house, after waking Jessica up.

on one or two occasions he woke her up to ask if she heard sounds..

Ah. Sam recalls an incident where OP thought someone was breaking in through bathroom window.

'There were probably one or two occasions when he woke me up to ask me if I heard anything'

She says no occasions she knows when OP got up to investigate without waking her.

Ha! On several occasions in the past, OP had awakened ST when he had heard unidentifiable noises that he thought might be a burglar.

This is important because on the night he killed Reeva, he didn't wake her up (in his version of events) when he heard a noise in the bathroom, while his historic pattern had been to awaken his bed partner.
