I was just looking over OP's BH affidavit again.

Remember yesterday when Dr. Stipp testified that he had asked Stander if he had called an ambulance and Stander said no?

From the BH affidavit:

I battled to get her out of the toilet and pulled her into the bathroom. I phoned Johan Stander (“Stander&#8221 who was involved in the administration of the estate and asked him to phone the ambulance.

I don't know what to make of this.

If OP had asked Stander to call an ambulance, why hadn't Stander already done so by the time Dr. Stipp arrived?

I wonder if OP truly did ask Stander to phone an ambulance. It makes no sense to me that Stander had not done so, given the dire circumstances.

Did anyone catch the mention of a whatsapp message? Does that mean they have definitely broken into his phone? I am not a techie with respect to this type of technology.

Yes, that was intrinsic to what i wrote when I said the recording will be a "farce."

i wonder if given all this DT will change their mind on presenting that. It could lead to much laughter in court.

But again they are desperate as OP faces 25 years, so what do they have to lose,even if it is farcical.

I don't want no iffy recording.. I want Oscar on the stand in front of the Burgers, Stipp et al and doing it live.. :tantrum:

Well a year ago I think there was a debate so to speak, as to which party called the other.
I think Stander is on the list, so soon...

But I trust you are aware of the recent MSM revelation that Stander or other security called OP just after the shooting (allegedly) and asked if he needed help or such, and the MSM piece sasys Oscar replied, "I'm OK. I don't need any help."

If true, very bad as someone there sure needed help.
We will see soon.

So it must be a simultaneous terrified woman and not so terrified man.

Interesting! If that's an accurate report, and if whomever called him testifies, it will be very damning, IMO.

One thing Roux mentioned (almost in passing) that is not well known--but could be crucial in several ways in this whole matter--is the issue that Oscar wore a medical pain patch on his shoulder that fateful night.

This could be a very big issue in several ways soon.
