Roux is claiming another ambush. Nel states its relevant regarding character evidence introduced by the defendant. Its in the public domain and the witness wants to see it.

The reason why he disappeared off was because the paramedic asked for ID for Reeva .. apparently. Is that normal procedure in SA, does anyone know? It certainly isn't in the UK .. I know that from my own experience when my mother died suddenly in her house and had to call the paramedics, who in turn called the police (the police are always required to attend the scene in such instances, just to rule out any suspicious circumstances) .. but at no point were we asked for any ID for my mother.

Yep, in the UK we're covered by NHS.

SA is a part funded/part private healthcare system, so it could be that ID is required. I'm not certain, but there are a few SA posters on here who would know for sure.

OP is accused of premeditated murder. on the advice of his attorney he refused to give any oral or written statement to the police on the day of Reeva's murder. His sworn affidavit in which he had to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, was the only evidence the prosecution had till date about whatever happened that night that lead to Reeva death.

Filling in the huge holes in his affidavit or gaps as up put it, is illegal and is irrefutable proof that he has committed perjury.

I have commented before that I think had OP talked, had Roux and Co not stopped him from talking, had he been full and frank with all of the story of what happened, had he accepted his fault, his blame, his recklessness and all the rest, this trial may have been very different.
