Sounds like it Luv,He better call out sick tomorrow cause he's in for a bumpy ride.If he's lying about little things then there is a totally different reason he shot through the bathroom door.

Oh My shades of another defendant who talked in circles.
Are we in Arizona???

Always the victim, its never your fault is it Oscar?.

  • #723
Accidental firing makes no sense given the many hours on the shooting range OP has put in, sometimes with the same gun used to kill RS.

  • #724
Wow! I'm not seeing a connection in the 2 defendants at all. OP is making perfect sense; Jodi Arias never did.
That tampering is unplugging a fan from an extension socket and that's why he's not guilty of murder?

Or that he accidentally shot four times at a door he never intended to shoot at but never denied shooting at because its obvious why he did? Or that he never had time to think about intending to shoot a door while all those thoughts he didn't have time to think were (obviously) being thought in someone else's head?

Perfect sense.

Has anyone kept a list of all the people OP's apportioned blame to so far? I kind of have half a one;

Darren - speeding, irresponsibility with a gun

Sam - stalking

Police - moving things, telling him he could wash his hands

Roux - he got his client's affidavit wrong

Don't forget his finger for pressing the trigger 4 times.

I am sure there was some hint of something like blame in the 'John stood up to light a cig' in the boat thing too, but I can't be certain...

ETA:No, that was the sun's fault. I remember now.

I guess I remember JA also not remembering her answers from 2 minutes before and changing it. She and OP have very short memories with longggg stories attached.

And that he didn't shoot on the other occasions when he checked out suspicious noises.

Is this tea or done for the day?

ugh...I had no idea that his trial started, would have loved to watch it from the beginning...from the tv crime shows I watched so far about this case...I remember two things (dunno how accurate they are since we're talking about tv shows lol)...that her phone was found in the bathroom and that the door was locked....I mean....if I go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, why do I need my phone and why would I lock the door?IMO she was trying to escape him.....

op even referred, in his defence, to this. i.e. to trying to use her phone as he was at her side after the shooting. but he couldn't because the phone had a code lock.

...who gets up at three am, to go to the bathroom, and takes their phone?

  • #731
I listened to every word this morning, he's fighting for his life but not the truth.

In my professional opinion, OP is in deep doodoo with Nel.

Is this tea or done for the day?
That's it for the day.......you can let your little 'pinkies' take a rest, Good job as always:loveyou:

I thought Nel's question was valid: "Why are you emotional now, now that the questions are difficult?"

Too bad the Judge overruled him.

Yes, considering at times he was very argumentative

  • #734
Just back to hear...He found her phone on toilet floor and Pistorius says he tried to call-out but her phone: "had a password I couldn't access". Fascinating.

  • #735
Well glad we got that burning question out there... where was the fan plugged in :floorlaugh:

OP was too polite? to say.... how the heck would you know WHAT was plugged in to that extension lead BEFORE the Cops got there... and plugged in camera chargers etc... then perhaps just plugged something in that they tought was there before.

THAT is what the issue with Police contamination is all about... you can not actually rely on the photo detail once you KNOW somethings were changed.

I love Nel. He's really showing what nonsense Oscar is talking.

How can anyone seriously stick up for Oscar now? Come on.

  • #737
WOW! JUST WOW!

I want to watch all of Mr. Nel's trials!

Quoting Mr. Nel:
"We have lots of time." "Mr. Pistorius I am not going away!"

My head is spinning from this disaster, he just can't help himself. I tried to kill a door

That's very astute - because that can only be what he seems to be insisting on, if he wasn't aiming to shoot anyone behind it.

Has anyone kept a list of all the people OP's apportioned blame to so far? I kind of have half a one;

Darren - speeding, irresponsibility with a gun, false statement
(OP fired no gun through sunroof)

Sam - stalking, false statement

Police - moving things, telling him he could wash his hands

Roux - he got his client's affidavit wrong
-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-
Botha - incorrect written statement

Dr. Stipp - wasn't knowing what he does because of "overwhelming" and didn't help

  • #740
At least Nel, as the day ended, was FINALLY questioning about the correct issues.

Conceding that OP believed there was an intruder..... did he fire intentionally... taking OP to task over his answer that it was "an accident"

I do fear that this is only temporary moment of clarity from Nel... tomorrow he will be back to arguing that OP knew Reeva was in the toilet :banghead:
