Oscar is the sort of person who wanted the biggest car, the biggest house, the biggest gun, the biggest bank balance, the biggest head, the biggest blades, the biggest ego ... you name it ... in his own eyes he is god.

N: photographer took that photo and says the duvet was there like that...so it must have been a policeman moved it?

Nel says yesterday he asked OP if there wasanything wrong with it, (photo) why didn't OP say then about the duvet in wrong place?

O: It was on the bed milady, it was on the bed milady...

N: Where was Reeva?

O: Reeva was under the duvet, covering the bottom of her legs,

Nel working OP on getting him to reveal he could see exactly where Reeva was, but now he's gone back to silhoutte.

O said;

Saw nothing. Head in hands
Saw where she was under duvet, legs half covered
Saw only silhoutte

O: ...I'm sure I would have noticed her getting out of bed at that time-I don't know when she got out of bed...

  • #687
Nel. what did you see??

Reeva on the right side of the bed, the duvet risenup over her legs..

am I hearing this correctly??

Nel. she must have passed you on the way...

I cant grasp it..

Nel. but..

Oscar.. I don't know when she got out of bed.

Nel. its impossible for you not to know

Oscar. it is impossible..

Oscar.. I don't know how she got out..

Nel. if she got out on the right side..you would have seen her..

I think so I don't know..

Nel.. so the duvet moved .. someone moved it.... ..now.. you saw the duvet on the bed when you got up.. her legs covered by the duvet....did yu see the duvet again??

yes. after the incident, when I sat on the bed to get my legs on..

The truth does not change. Simple, but true.

  • #689
Nel has got OP to agree Reeva could not have got out of right side of bed without him noticing.

  • #690
Now Op is detailing exactly what position he moved the duvet into on the bed, before he put on his legs. It's a little unbelievable he would recall that?

I love Nel's method of questioning, it's very Columbo'ish the way he sets the questions up.

  • #693
Reeva's cousin is on the edge of her seat

  • #694
Ah! Telecom guy just came to upgrade my cable connection!!

Me: Nein, danke.

  • #695
I wonder if he flipped out when he woke up and found the door still open when he'd asked her to lock it?

the fan...

Oscar. those fans in the photo couldn't be where they are. because I would have run into them on my way to the balcony..

Nel.. your version is a lie. you never closed that curtain in the first instance that's why your version is wrong. now we have to find a policeman who moved the duvet and the fan..

Oscar. rather feebly. and my watches!!..

Nel the fan, the duvet the curtains. could not have been in this position , correct??

that's correct..

Nel.. now.. the photographer von staden......

Oscar.. well. von staden said things were moved.... he said..that..

Nel. now. you are arguing. a policeman must have been clever enough to move that fan just a tiny bit to make your version possible...

Oscar. there were many things that were moved..

Nel. that door was open when you and the dec got into an argument.

Roux.. objection, re argument..

Nel. Iwill get to that argument..

Roux. that's an assumption there was an argument

Nel. witness have said they heard a woman screaming... that's evidence. circumstantial..

Roux. .I understand that. its the argument part.. we understand the screaming..

judge. the way its put, is that your objection??

Roux I challenge him to say when there was an argument.. I challenge him.

Now Op is detailing exactly what position he moved the duvet into on the bed, before he put on his legs. It's a little unbelievable he would recall that?

His memory problems are reminding me of the Arias trial, remembering pointless details but forgetting the important events. I'm half expecting him to start talking about "the fog".

N: That door was open when you and the deceased got into an argument...

Roux objects there's been no evidence of such an argument.

N: Circumstantial evidence is evidence.

  • #699
R: Not the screaming, that I understand, but where's the proof of the argument? It cannot be....

  • #700
Nel.. circumstantial evidence points to an argument. witnesses say they heard it it could only be that she ran screaming .

judge says ok. put it that way.

Nel in your version, the fan couldn't be in that position the curtains couldn't be in that position. and the duvet couldn't be in that position.

Nel what else do you see that's wrong> ?

Oscar. Icant see anything ..
