The jeans are definitely on the duvet. Just a corner of it. (There's some debate because the label inside the jeans is the same colour as the duvet itself - from another angle, it's questionable.)

Nel has lost the plot. Does not know left from right... and must be the ONLY person who does not know that OP referenced the earlier paint job(2010) where sensors were removed... that was WHY he thought they MIGHT have been removed during the renovations at the time of the incident.

OP is not explaining it well... but Nel is also NOT understanding that you can take a sensor off the wall... it will still be "working" where you store it.. and not show as a fault when you activate the system... but it is still not on the wall sensing intruders as it were.

Agreed re. Nel, but I doubt very much he is that daft and I believe he is doing all this deliberately in order to try and confuse OP and trip him up.

Yep, I see the jeans on top too, if you look at the label position. Even using R's 185 pic from different angle.

Masipa concedes from the photos it looks like the denim is on top and allows Nel to continue up to that point.

Do they use a court stenographer in SA or does the Judge and her 2 assistants only use their notes?

There is a court stenographer there .. you sometimes see her sitting there typing with a big screen in front of her .. they had to stop court proceeding on one occasion earlier in the trial because her equipment packed up!

Roux - you need your eyes checked. The denim is in fact on top of the corner of the duvet. Even MiLady agrees with Nel.

Yes. Plus that's what I always thought looking at Jurer13 pictures, that it's pitchblack or LED lit, so how did Reeva not stumble around ipad, the electrical cords. And not make noise normal tossing off the duvet that she has to take off her legs.

Or, if she's rolling around over the left hand side of his bed, she has to make sure she navigates the couch and make sure she doesn't hit his legs that he says are placed there.
