Um, I'm confused. I thought and it's stated that Pistorius was sleeping on the left-hand side of the bed. (not his usual side because of his injury.) Facing the bed this would mean furthest from the balcony.

So why are they talking about his legs on the right-hand side of the bed?

That's where I thought Reeva was sleeping?

Yes that's what I thought too....but I suppose it depends on if you looking at the bed directly or from the perspective of the person in the bed.

Oh please! I've seen defendants sit in the witness box for FAR, FAR longer - anywhere from a week to 3 weeks and they manage to get through it without repeatedly breaking down and causing delays.

Oscar is nothing special. Just another defendant.

.. if you're using your iPad then you need to take the cover off .. I quite often have mine (and associated bits) just chucked down by the side of my bed, and I don't necessarily put the cover back on immediately after using it.

I'm confused about OP saying he put his vest on his p.legs and that it was habit ... I'm almost certain I've read that he always puts his 'trousers' (or presumably jeans depending on what he is wearing) on top of them, so that he can get them on quickly (the whole lot, trousers and legs in one go) if he needs to. I swear that is what I have heard/read him say .. so the grey vest being on top of them makes no sense to me.

I get confused as well but I think there was a point somewhere that he covers them up as he feels embarrassed about them ?

Apparently the legs were being aired beside the balcony but I don't see why his vest would be there too and don't believe his explanation of why his vest was at that side.

I think when he said that he was talking at training he did that. He made some remark about always covering them as he felt they were private to him or something like that.
