Just saw a ballistics expert being interviewed by sky news in the court who said in his opinion those bullets were very unlikely to be fired in panic due to there close proximity to each other, and in his opinion look aimed and directed.

Good point, someone ina panic would likely spray bullets all over the room.
Very directed--for reasons some of us suspect.

I've had a look around for the transcript but couldn't find it on a quick look around.

This is from juror13
http://juror13lw.wordpress.com/2014/03/13/oscar-pistorius-trial-day-7/

['Another item that was hotly discussed prior to trial is whether or not Reeva had urine in her bladder when examined. The defense theory is that if the bladder is empty, she was just using the bathroom to relieve herself that night.

There was a small amount of urine found in her bladder.
It was murky, which is a result of cells becoming loose from the bladder.

Even if Reeva had urinated an hour before her death, her bladder could still have been empty. Many factors contribute to this including how well hydrated the person was.']

Edit: This might have been a trap by Nels, as OP's original version was he heard a noise in the bathroom. He later changed it to a window opening. If it was just a noise, it could have been toilet flushing.

Brilliant, thanks for going to that trouble, much appreciated.

I'm hoping today Nel will raise the damage on the bedroom door, and the jeans outside on the ground. He still hasn't even gotten to the phone calls OP made - I think we still have a few days of x-exam if it keeps going in this fashion. What do people think?

I would agree with his opinion, they looked fairly well grouped under the circumstances.

According to OP, "not very well grouped at all".

Good morning to all FM!

In Germany it is 8:59 in the morning and now only half-hour to wait.

:trainwreck:

Yes, I think you could be right. Especially taking into account all the adjournments.

When do you think she emptied her bladder?

It wasn't completely empty. There was a small amount of urine, and she could have gone an hour or even more before. It was very hot, she could very likely have been dehydrated

Of course he is only doing his job, but do you really think that in a state of panic a persons mind is going to react in the same way as a person not in a panic. I can't understand why people don't see that. As I said earlier we are all different.

Court of law tests whether a version can be regarded as PROBABLE...not possible....ANYTHING is possible

Quoted from @DavidDadic an attornony in Jo Berg.

It's actually not the best with yielding pics of what you specifically ask for, right?

Of course sometimes what you want is in videos.
You might find what you want in the docs that came out a year ago on major networks.

I might need to make one, me thinks!

I was thinking he'll finish the CE on Friday but won't let OP know his CE is officially wrapped up until Monday - making OP think there's still more to come.

Hey, didn't Oscar say they didn't do the shout tests at his home? I just found an article that says they were formed at his Pretoria home. Isn't that the home? And they had a woman shouting too for the tests.

Yes they did tests at Oscar's in Feb this year, but I don't think they are the same ones as he did. I think they had random people do the tests at his house, at like 3am.

That's good thinking. But we have Easter - so I'm not sure there will be court on Friday or Monday?

Guys just to add if you go here http://news.sky.com/story/1242575/oscar-pistorius-tears-genuine-or-contrived

You can watch the video i am talking about, the video section is on the right hand side, it's the third video down called Pistorius, legal experts view.
He also talks about Pistorius running around with the gun cocked after the shooting.
Exact quote regarding the bullet hole's "I'm deducing that those rounds were aimed and deliberate".

Another strange bit of testimony from OP. He was very calm and emotionless about stating that bit as if disappointed with the grouping.
