Oh... Reeva's mother is back today!

  • #102
She wasn't shot in the back. The state are saying the marks on her back are richochet marks and the defence are saying they're from the magazine rack.

But OP said the magazine rack was in the corner.

WTF?

June looks on, unflinching. Her friend beside her looks angry.

Talking about the head wound now.

Maybe to discredit Mangena's testimony.

I noticed a website page yesterday that said Mr Dixon used 'novel methods of crime detection'. Which to me, means untested in the wider world of forensics.

can u remember website?

Didn't Mangena say it was bullet B that hit her hip ?

I wrote in my notes that Mangena stated it was bullet A that hit her hip.

Right or wrong he certainly seems to have been thorough in a curious attention to detail... weighing the pieces that went off !?

  • #108
D says the fragment of bullet recovered from toilet bowl was, in his opinion, from the fourth bullet.

Talking about weights and using that to say certain bits can't be from same bullet.

I'm wondering what the point is/ How does it help OP's defense if it did or didn't ricochet?

We've recently moved into our new home and I believe Roux lives up the road from us ... :seeya: ... hello Mr Roux! hehe

haha, must have your cell ready for snaps at the local wollies! :D
O/T but Desmond Tutu used to live down the road from me a few years back and my eyes almost fell out my head when I bumped into him in our local Pnp, shopping basket in hand and not a body guard in sight..chatting to all and sundry like he was a nobody...and he is TINY!! I lol'ed!

D: Piece J is the piece that was retained in the skull.....:(

Why did Oscar get to have his psychologist there with him? I've never heard of that before. When he would go on breaks while on the stand, his psychologist would go with him. Odd.

  • #113
D: Fourth projectile is one that hit the wall at E and F.

  • #114
But OP said the magazine rack was in the corner.

WTF?

But OP said he thought (didn't know if) it could shot out over to the corner when she fell on it... reckon this guy told him that was what probably happened and he repeated it.

  • #115
Oscar in acting crying mode again....much handkerchief action.

  • #116
Demonstrates how F could have hit the wall and bounced into the toilet. But 'not in my world, logically it could not happen' could it have hit Reeva's back before doing so.

  • #117
But OP said the magazine rack was in the corner.

WTF?

I thought it was the state that said it was in the corner with OP arguing that no it was in the center of the back wall where he housekeeper always put it when he first got into the toilet room.

D: Sometimes numbers are not my best friend....

???????

strange and self-discrediting comment from a type of scientific analyst!

  • #119
Roux just asked what R's position in relation to door would have been, and witness looked extremely puzzled.

  • #120
shane13, are you sold that OP wasn't wearing his prosthetics while shooting the gun?
