Death stare right there from OP to Dixon. Fuming.

Dixon: I'm not trying to mislead the court My Lady..."

Nel: " That's what I am testing...and you said the word 'Misleading...'

Dixon: I never said the man we photographed on his knees would be the same height as Oscar on his stumps...

Nel: Well, that is misleading and I want to know what you never pointed out that discrepancy until now...and why would you include that photo in an album...

Dixon: Because I was looking at visibility, My Lady...

Nel: If you were trying to point out what Mr Stipp was able to see, why did you not use the correct height?

THAT WAS SHADY ON DIXON's PART.....

  • #223
N: Why did you not ensure person was correct height?

D: Milady a scale is a range....Idon't know (if OP) was standing or kneeling...

Mr Dixon is the worst expert in history. Im sure the defence are working with prosecution. :lmao:

He is fine, if something does not involve math, memory or accuracy.

  • #225
Please let this man go get his beer.

  • #226
Nel has now had to ask twice how far away D was when he took the photo.

D: Milady, I do not know.

He says there is a photo of them before they started but they did not measure the distance.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were a lot of prisoners who've been convicted based on this guy's evidence started to launch their appeals.

  • #228
That's true, yes you're right .. I remember now someone here mentioning that they had seen him ..

Very disappointed if it's correct, I really hoped to hear from them.

  • #229
20cm difference! That's a huge difference IMO and the guy was kneeling right next to the window and OP would never have been that close to the window because he thought there was a ladder there.

.. crazy isn't it .. Dixon keeps on saying it was "for demonstration purposes only" .. but the whole point of it is to try and prove/disprove what the Stipps saw, so you have to use the exact same heights as OP! .. totally bonkers, but never mind, it's all just going to prove OP's version is made up.

Hope he gets a double fee

I can see where Nel's coming from, although Dixon never said it was stand-in for Oscar. I thought it was just a general observation at the time to show the difference between a standing person vs a kneeling person.

To be fair, it's not much more different than the curtain being held back to view OP's house in the witnesses photograph. That also wasn't a true representation

Both PT and DT use their own 'little tricks'.

Joe Expert, not only used a model 20 cm short than the accused but he took the photo from a point below, a perspective and angle that would further diminish the height as perceived by the observer at that point. The Stipps perspective was on the same plane as the accused, not below.

VERDICT: TOTAL DECEPTION

D: The higher up you go, the lower the head would appear...(talking about what Stipps may have seen)

N: No. That doesn't make sense at all.

Nel's just accidentally called witness Mr Stipp now. He apologises.

The experiment was done at 9pm and the Stipps had their curtains drawn. Nel asks if he thinks that's unusual for that time of night?

Witness doesn't know.

So he didn't take the photos from the same place the Stipps saw it from? .. he was out in the road ..

  • #235
This fake expert fudged the height of his assistant standing on his knees in front of the bathroom window, to tarnish the credibility of the Stipps testimony that they saw a man walking from right to left at that window in the bathroom with the lights turned on after they heard the shots. Where is minor ?

Is it nearly time for tea?

I have a packet of chocolate hobnobs calling me.......

N: On 14th April you went back there to test the darkness of the bedroom. What was still there?

D: Bed, fans, tables, chest, cabinet, bookshelf. It had remained virtually unchanged.

Witness again says he was there 'to see what we could see'.

Nope, ground level vs first floor balcony. Doh!

The Judges ruled quickly overnight.
Based on Dixon's corrupt testimony, they released hundreds of prisoners at 9:30 AM.
These were the people who were celebrating. and of which the judge told them to cool it. :)

There was a full moon the night he was there, he says. It was 'much brighter'.

D: When the curtains were open, it was quite bright. When they were closed, it was very dark except for some light that illuminated the bottom of the passage.
