He just said the LED light 'was quite dim'!

Wow, he doesn't have a TV, doesn't have a radio, doesn't read newspapers, hasn't followed the trial. Doesn't like outside influences.
He should be on a jury, not the witness stand!

I don't have a TV, don't get the paper, but I have a laptop which I'm watching the trial on. And where I can go and watch at will on youtube each day.

I think knitting fog would be less frustrating than listening to this guy!!

  • #264
So there was indeed light coming through the blackout curtains.

N: Even with the accused, he said the balcony light was on. If you have to recreate the accused's verion, why would you not do that?

D:....I was unaware that a balcony light was on (the night of killing).

  • #266
Witness is now saying how much light there actually was able to see in the room....lol.....

Snap.
Erm.. are you actually me. Am I posting as two similar people?
Shane, is this shadenfraud.
Need a lie down. Rog is making me freak out.

Milk or plain?

D: Curtains close against a pillar of wood in the middle...light bounces...

N: That would have been even more if the balcony light was there?....You were there with MrV? He also did not ask you to turn it on?

D: No Milady.

  • #270
Jeebus......he didn't even have the balcony light on for a reconstruction....lmao

Absolutely un-be-freaking-lievable
I actually feel a bit sorry for OP right now. He's sold everything to pay for THIS?

  • #271
He's got a computer at home though ;)

Yeah, and on his PC he watches tv, listens to the radio, reads online newspapers, goes on his facebook etc. Misleading perhaps!

Its absolutely genius Oscar-speak!!

:floorlaugh:

Dixon and the other expert didn’t know that the balcony lights were on, though that was the defence case.

Makes you think Pistorius was not telling the defence what happened…because he is changing his story all the time, even to his own team.

D: In the pssg, I could see the outline of the bookrack...if you are standing at curtain end of the bedroom, you can see the passage...Mr V went and laid down on the bed. I could not see him. It was quite dark Milady.

The only gadgets he owns is his laptop and camera.

Morning all!! Cheers for updates, great links too. Tuned in to WhoopWhoop audio. I see Dixon left his homework behind again, smack on wrist from Nel...

Yeah, notice how he threw his hands up in the air - like saying I'm innocent when he said he didn't have a TV ...

lol

I wonder if Nel can actually ask the court to reject all of his evidence or if he'll just hope that the judge will disregard it herself?

  • #279
so he left more evidence at home...er, I mean his cave? If I don't stop laughing I'm gonna wake up DH snoring next to me.

:)

  • #280
OMG he forgot to bring the evidence but he can "fetch it"

however he is completely unfazed , why? because he has been paid in ADVANCE
