The massacre referred to was an incident.. well more than that, at a mining operation.. between police and miners..

appreciate any correction on that if I have piffled.

people were hacked, shot, clubbed..

I only recognized the reference to this massacre because of my own news broadcast of it..

Morning everyone, just awoke to adjournment. Is Roux agreeing to keeping the testimony private from the ME? It wouldn't surprise me but I think it should be broadcast, people who don't like it can change the channel.

ENCA says it has decided that however Judge Masipa rules, it will not broadcast testimony on Reeva's autopsy due to its graphic nature.

trouble is.. I don't know what ENCA is.

apparently members of the National Freedom Party are at court too. Singing songs for Reeva.
So thus far, we have the ANC Women's League, NFP AND the ACDP at court.

all the girlfriends are making a point of ignoring each other.. Rebecca, Samantha..etc perhaps the new little chicky...

I took it as Nels wanting to protect Reeva's family from the public seeing and hearing the gruesome details. Like it was disrespectful to Reeva.

Which is kind of weird. In my mind, if it was my loved one, I would want people to know the horrific damage the perpetrator had done. I would not want them to be able to hide that viciousness.

by judges I mean the judge and the two assessors on the bench with the judge ..

I am not even sure if assessors is the correct term..

This is crazy. I've been waiting to hear this. I don't understand what a description will do. As long as they don't publish the photos then I do not find this disrespectful to the dead.

It amazes me that of all the court cases we have daily, rapes, murders, violent shootings, abuse and now all of a sudden its a problem. Out of respect for Reeva?? What about every other woman and child that has been raped and murdered in this country to have all the gory details splashed all over the place! Where was their respect???

I have to fit in with my therapists first job as a taxi driver..

did you know.. in Rome, there are only 2 therapists?? and they analyse each other??
