Ah! Missed his name!

I bet Nel is kicking himself for pushing the issue of a lengthy psychological evaluation

Why? Don't forget it was Dr.MV who testified that the court should taken into consideration her twelve page report at the time of sentencing.

#OscarTrial what is clear from the two reports - Oscar’s psychological issues manifested after the shooting, not before. BB

Interesting article on health24.....regarding yesterday's court proceedings. These two paragraphs were particularly amusing, relating to Mr Lin's (sound expert) testimony.

"If you accept what Mr Lin seemed to be saying from the start (and I do) about the inescapable uncertainty of what people can hear, and the impossibility of reproducing the highly relevant characteristics of factors on the specific night, then none of the rest of what he said was necessary or useful.

He has no idea how loudly Oscar or Reeva screamed, or the actual circumstances on that night, or how good the hearing of the various witnesses was. Without that, all of his theories and guesses were entirely pointless. He doubted whether people could “recognise emotions” at particular distances: what does he mean by that? What emotions? And, is he really certain nobody could distinguish between blood-curdling screams and merry laughter? "

The whole article is worth reading though.....

O is reading the disclaimer Prof wrote and asks him why he wrote it.

D explains he has been on Olympic committee, sports' bodies etc and wants to make it clear he is speaking as PRIVATE doc, not representing any of those bodies.

As impressive as he's sounding, the only thing I can see him contributing is disability - which OP claims he isn't - except when he's charged with murder.
