D: He presents with very startled response at firework openening ceremonies...cowers, covers his ears

But he goes to the shooting range and obliterates water melons and targets for fun with big guns...................give me a break perleeeezzz

  • #782
Oh, and so now he is continuing with more irrelevant stuff

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......wake me up when Nel gets his turn please!

  • #783
He is quoting further studies showing increased risk of attack for people with disabilities.

I notice there is no specifying of 'visible' disabilities. What if, like OP, a disability may not be obvious?

  • #784
Judge rules WD's evidence of letters are hearsay.
Judge says the case law cited by Oldwage doesn't assist the defence in this argument.
The sources, the two individuals with disabilities, refer to their own circumstances, cannot be relevant in this case.
Courts usually accept expert sources consulted by experts who won't come to court and cannot be cross-examined.
Judge says it's important to compile the nature of the evidence compiled by Derman in his report.

VZ: the aforementioned findings showed need for governments to take action...

quoting all the legislation that took place in UK now.

Cliffy ‏@1cliffgordon 6 Min.

"@zahmasuku: Whooaw 'if-looks-could-kill' MyLady would be dead by now from the eye that #OscarPistorius just gave her." He is not happy

Barry Bateman has excused himself from court for the remainder of this session...I don''t blame him one bit.

  • #788
I just don't see him as your 'average' disabled person. He drives expensive cars and wears hand made suits... no ones pointing and laughing..

He is NOT a wheelchair user. JMO

  • #789
VZ: Someone with a disability isn't always more vulnerable...

He uses as example someone in wheelchair not being more vulnerable to fraud, but being more vulnerable to bag snatching.

  • #790
blah blah blah... zzzzzz

  • #791
He is talking about increases in attacks in London??

But OP doesn't live in London.....

Says attacks have gone up since Lon Olympics. Speculates it's fault of slogan 'We are the Superhumans'

  • #792
Oh puh -leeze...it's the BLADERUNNER we're talking about here.

  • #793
This is getting ridiculous. Why is he talking about attacks in other countries on other Para-Olympians with disabilities. What crimes have been committed against OP?

  • #794
Wait, what? Polar Bears? Cubs?

  • #795
IMO this is hilarious.....polar bear!

  • #796
..now we are talking about polar bears for heaven's sake. The defense is really scarping the bottom of the barrel when they have to drag out the old ' polar bear defence strategy'.

  • #797
VZ: Flight/fight response...

...and his scientific evidence is the 'mother who picks up her car to save her baby that we've all heard of'

And uses a cbs? report of mother fighting off polar bear to save her kids, to OP's reaction to fright.....

  • #798
Mother fighting off a polar bear to save her children!!!!!!! What next, Martians?

  • #799
Heavens above. OP was not faced with the most dangerous animal on earth trying to kill his kids - it was a suburban, closed bathroom door.

VZ: The area of the brain that activates the FF response is called.....anyone??? One heck of a long word there!
