I am looking forward to todays sessions! They have reconstructed the bathroom inside the courtroom with bullet holes and all. Should be very telling. Hope I am not repeating old news. It was just stated on our 6pm news here during their OP story.

I say to you....first produce some concrete proof that the State made and put in the public domain any such statement of fact. Slanderous rumors and innuendos planted in the media has been a well thought out strategy of OP’s dream team in their misplaced zeal to portray the prosecution as a bunch of blundering idiots that has backfired miserably. The State only has to make him prove every word in his uncredible sworn affidavit that will send him packing to prison to serve out his 25 year jail term with REAL intruders for premeditated murder.

If Darren has a motive to lie to be on the same page as the prosecution, then I wonder what kinda hanky panky deal the State must have signed with ST as her testimony on the key issue is compatible with his that OP did fire a shot without a warning through the sun-roof of his car in anger even though their testimonies differ on minor details that have NO bearing whatsoever on this murder trial. For you to compare Darren’s plea bargain with those of convicted criminals doing time in prison reflects your mindset that compels you come out with all guns blazing to ridicule the truthful testimony all the witnesses who have testified so far, but you bend over backwards to sugar-coat the long list of criminal wrong doings of OP.A man who intentionally fire a gun in public can never be called a thrill seeker under any circumstances. God forbid if someone dear to you were to be at the receiving end of OP’s thrill seeking misadventures, how would you react, forgive him or just issue him a shooting ticket?

So the actual door from OP's toilet is set up in a white frame in court, and there is a reconstruction of the bathroom.

Door has three bullet holes and is partialy broken. Holes are positioned diagonally about 25cm? beneath the door handle on the right of the FRAME, with another bullet hole below, to the right of the handle.
