I am not sure that the Cpt has been able to ascertain if that was actually a bullet or ricochet bruise on Reeva's chest or not.

he has to be familiar with all the wounds, of whatever source of the deceased..

going thru the injuries caused by one bullet the one that hit her arm AND upperarm


the wound on the hip... pic 58

59 a bruise on the chest of the dec.. not penetrative..

61... height of that bruise was measured..

62 shows the bruises on the BACK of the dec..

one has to relate these bruises with the track of the bullets, or other weaponry

63 64... pics of wounds on the middle finger of her left hand..

65 ... shows the two wounds in the head of the dec..

entrance wound ,, and exit wound..

66... left hand side is the entrance wound, right hand side, exit wound..

what he said was... he works with the version of the incident according to Oscar.. this is the only version he has to work with, when he begins his retracing of the bullet trajectory, the place where the bullet comes to rest, either in the body or its track outside the body..

to line up the bullets trajectory. .he has Oscar measured at his full height, at his shoulder, at his elbow and at his hip, with his legs on , and his legs off.

these measurements are the beginning of the path of the bullets route once fired.. his outstreched arm, his unstreched arm, etc ..

He worked with accused's version of events as well, when reconstructing scene.

Yes - he was much more thorough and scientific than Vermeulen.

If only the photos were made available, with the lazer lights going through the door to exactly where bullets hit on the wall etc.

Do you think they were shown in court and they'll get tweeted, or were the screens there all blank?

Surely a bullet can't go through her clothes and then deflect off her body only leaving a bruise?

Wondering if the air gun played a role.

to be fair to Vermulen.. no one could demonstrate hitting the door without they , themselves removing their own legs in front of the court for the purposes of the demo.

Vermulen tried it on his knees, but those pesky lower tibulas wtih feet attached jutted out.

Alex Crawford, Sky says no images were shown in court, probably because so many included Reeva.

I can understand not showing photos of RS for this testimony buy there's no reason not to see all the other photos to help demonstrate his testimony. I didn't hear Nel request this not be shown, so don't understand why we can't see the photos

It's going to get very technical, so for the challenged at understanding this evidence the photos are essential.

Is it too early to float the concept of Oscar actually testifying?? I know on his bail aff he vowed and determined that he would, but he always has the out not to..

Given the amount of double amputees there are in the world today, I'm surprised they never used one for their demonstrations.

Wonder what the explanation for them being there would be. The only part of OP affidavit I believe is him yelling, "get out of my house". I think this was yelled at RS,
