Yes. I know. I don't believe that, but Mr. Nel wanted OP to say that.

Quote:
"This piece of evidence is key. If Pistorius’ ears were ringing and he  couldn’t even have heard himself scream after the shots, as he had testified, then he can’t tell the court that three other witnesses didn’t hear her scream during the shots."

bbm - Wonders if all policemen run around with ear plugs in to prevent hearing loss in the event they need to fire their weapons....

Good recall.
Do you think Reeva may have objected to that 🤬🤬🤬🤬 viewing.....just a smidgen?

BIB. I would not think so. IMO If she had caught him she would most likely find it hilarious! ;) They are 20 something year olds and sex must be on their minds daily, if not hourly! LOL!!!

No, I think the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was something other than young blond women with young handsome men. Could it be a couple of handsome young guys? Maybe. IDK. All I know is that Roux expected OP to tell the court about it and OP was too embarrassed (IMO) to let it out.

Until we see the medical reports on what OP was tested for and the results, we know nothing.

I think it has already been stated that no drink or drugs were found in his samples. I just wish I could remember where I read it.

in the USA, I believe most cops, upon retirement, would tell you they never fired on the job. (Could be different in SA?) So no need, and if needed, there'd be no time to put those in ears before using the gun.

You are proabably right.

Would I please have no one take offense if I say that they were
"🤬🤬🤬🤬-again Christians." [j/k]

Remember Mark Hacking, who killed his beautiful wife Lori when she discovered at the end of his four grueling years of medical school that he'd never enrolled? That case was a doozie. It took awhile, but he finally spared the families a trial and pleaded guilty.

Found a quote from him from jail: [from wiki]

"...To the many people I have hurt, I am more sorry than you could ever know. Every day my soul burns in torment when I think of what you must be going through. I wish I could take away your pain. I wish I could take back all the lies I have told and replace them with the truth. I wish I could put Lori back into your arms. My pain is deserved; yours is not. From the bottom of my heart, I beg for your forgiveness...."

I had a year ago considered that alcohol at the meal could have been in play. But now I do recall seeing somewhere that his blood tests yielded zero for alcohol and drugs (tested).
Thanks for that shane - was wondering if the actual results had ever been discussed in court. There was so much rumour floating about immediately after the murder... that I was waiting to see what was evidenced in court.

Yes, it's very hard to determine just what some of the witnesses meant, to the point that at least one of them gave up and started giving their testimony in English because the translation just wasn't accurate.

BBM - Hmm, back to the interpreter, people is plural, correct? Would not crying, after the bang sounds, then be different than screaming?

I've already provided links to this a couple of times so I'm not going looking for it again.

But yes, Merwe said she heard only one voice talking loudly and she thought it might be one side of an argument. This was clarified by the judge and corrected twice when Nel tried to say "voices"

Then she heard loud crying after the bangs, and that was Oscar.

Ok. That doesn't apply.

That wasn't a random argument.

He killed them for being witches.

And, we know the motive.

I'm looking for something like man kills girlfriend over bad stir fry.

When they've only been dating for 3 months ....

They do wear ear protectors when they are doing their qualifying tests and training

I think it was briefly noted by Dr Saayman. But that was the one who had the press limitations put on his testimony. And people were attuned to other things in his autopsy testimony, and so this aspect kinda got shoved under the rug. But I recall seeing the zero result.

are you serious?
do you read newspapers?
Well, I could tell you about the murder of my grandmother by my grandfather. He murdered her during an argument that began over the subject or snoring. I bet you are going to ask me for a link.:banghead:

<modsnip>

That's a long term relationship. What else was the context?

Context of domestic violence? Context of dementia? Context of they hated each other?

Or do you see that as a random argument between couples that escalated to murder?

So on Friday Oscar said this, describing the moments before he went into the bathroom/fired the shots

Barry Bateman ‏@barrybateman Apr 11
#OscarTrial Pistorius: I knelt down, peered around the corner into the bathroom. I thought a person was waiting to ambush me. BB

Can he and would he kneel down whilst on his stumps?.

Do we know who took OP to the hospital to get the blood tests done?

Laci Peterson is another woman killed by her partner.

Susan Powell, Kathleen Savio, etc.

I think it is utterly ridiculous to ask for an example of a woman killed by her boyfriend/husband/partner. This is Websleuths for the love of all things good. There are PLENTY of examples here if one wants to look.

The point is it happens. It happens every single day. Men killing women, women killing men, men killing children, women killing children. Every single day it happens. There is not a good motive/excuse for it either the majority of the time. Alcohol involved, an argument, a child wetting the bed, etc.

MOO

Again, these are not random arguments between couples leading to murder.

Context: Laci was pregnant. Context:Scott didn't want to have a baby. Context: Scott was cheating on her with new girlfriend.

Context:Susan Powell was leaving her husband. Context: Abusive marriage.

And, so forth.

So now we are looking at:

Context: miss you baba baby booboo xxxxxx Context: shot to death 4 times. Overkill.

I have found the urine sample report but not the bloods.

http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/O...PDATES-Oscar-Pistorius-trial-day-1-20140303-3

12:09 - OP's urine samples show no anabolic steroids, narcotics or diuretics.
Thanks for that. I remember it being said that no tests for alcohol were taken after the boat crash. And if it was several hours later that he was tested (on the night he murdered Reeva) the reading wouldn't be very accurate. I think one unit of alcohol is metabolised an hour.
