I think she’s just trying to point out that they - in particular EDM - very much want to help their father and that includes stretching the truth to fit her narrative. We know she lied about this so you can’t trust what she said about that.

I don't think Blake is implying direct involvement in the murders, the conspiracies to murder, or the insurance fraud; just that those of Chad's kids who testified in Chad's defense were willing to sit in the witness chair and say something other than "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" and that Chad himself had claimed they were capable of such.
