OMG lol did you hear what Stoddard called RH photo of his genitalia lol He is getting really cocky, and Kilgore ... I can't wait
Is "and things like that" a teenager-ism as well?
Did Stoddard just day "d*** pic?"
I mean...
I find something a little unlikeable about Det Stoddard. I can't put my finger on it though....
He seems disheveled and disinterested to me.
I was also blown away that he was guessing at what the pictures were of in the texts between RH and LH. How can he not know what they are? Does he not knows the details of the evidence?
I do not enjoy him.
If a movie is made of this case, Detective Stoddard will be Tom Hanks least endearing role.
I agree! He almost seems to be performing. I find him irritating.
LOL, I don't take your posts as being snarky at allOk, I also believe you because you know the area, was there a hard right? To me when I watch Stoddard driving, I don't see anything that would be a hard right, is there a hard right in the video that he takes? I'm still listening to Stoddard and Boring.. Catching up.

That phrase from Boring has become like fingernails on a chalkboard for me. I'm almost at the point that I have to turn it off.
He seems to be saying it more frequently. I'm surprised he hasn't been told by his colleagues that it is a very annoying verbal tic, and imo, makes him sound lazy every time he says it.
If "things like that" are worthy of consideration, then please to enumerate each thing of the " like that," if its not too much trouble...
I'm feeling the same way about RH's face covered, 'Oh, the things I've done, the things I've said to underage girls, for shame, for shame!' bit.
Blech.
He has literally said it as part of almost every question since this trial has started.
Ok another thing that is completely foreign to me is that the attorneys refer to each other, the defendant, and the witnesses by their first names. We are not allowed to do that in court here. It's actually part of our court rules.
I don't know if you watched the James Holmes trial. The defence kept calling him 'Jimmy'. The judge put a stop to that sharpish. It was totally innappropriate.
Funny how we see things differently isn't it? When the judge rules to allow evidence, I think of justice for Cooper. If all of these coincidental searches, emails, texts, memes or whatever add up to motive - isn't it his (Cooper's) right to have them looked at by the jury?
Everyone wants to make this about Stoddard but I cannot forget Cooper is dead....forever! (Even if they do have "another baby".)
BTW - that comment reminds me of something I've heard from parents of a deceased child who are shocked and dismayed when those (hoping to console them) mention, "at least you have other children" which brings them zero comfort. Adding that to my list of weird comments by this couple.
