Disrespectful to me? Oh heck yes, and oh heck no, would i have any tolerance for it. Notice the distinction between disrespectful to ME (and to "family") and disrespectful to our son.
I make that distinction in the specific context of this case, and whether or not RH sexting with his son sleeping next to him has any relevance at all to what happened to Cooper a year later.
The way I see it is that if one spouse has a zero tolerance policy for infidelity, whether in person or over the phone or computer, and the other spouse engages in this activity knowing the consequence will likely be the breakup of their family, that is HIGHLY disrespectful to the children. In some ways I would consider this as much an insult to the children as it is to the betrayed spouse because those kids counted on that parent to provide a loving and peaceful home, and not destroy their family. Doing something you know is going to devastate your spouse and lead to divorce and change your kid's entire life is nothing short of disrespectful and dishonorable to the kids.
RH didn't just cheat on LH, he cheated on his family.
